The problem is that I order a particular donut (french cruller) online. The order is accepted and when I arrive to pick up they tell me that they don't have it and I have to change to another donut.That has happened to me on many occasions in this store and it is always a different justification for not serving this donut.I don't know if it is more complicated to do it, it takes more time, or if you ask for so little or so much that it is cumbersome for the staff to have it ready. But if you can't serve it, remove it from the menu like other stores do, don't offer what you're not going to serve. I come from afar for that donut because the store that is closest to me simply does not have French Cruller on its menu, and when I arrive the disappointment is that here they have it on the menu but for whatever reason they do not serve a different one every time.Hopefully the franchise can offer its entire menu.

It was fine pretty much like every other Dunkin that I've been to. Dude behind the counter was very nice. I gave 4 stars because they didn't have the Lemon cake that I wanted nor needed ? so I split the difference and got a coffee cake muffin ??and was right with the world until I got to work ?
