I have been coming here for years. The current staff here is very rude including the lady who I assume is the manager.
I placed a mobile order today 8.27 and picked up by the drive thru.
I asked if they could please give me the chocalate syrup for my coffee seperately, the attendant mumbled and when I said excuse me, the lady yelled , yes mam drive up.
When I get my coffee, I tell the atrendant I asked for the syrup seperately. He says we dont do that.
I told him ok, then you should have said you couldnt! The lady says we dont do that and dont have that option. So I told her then you should have not yeld yes mam drive up when I asked.. she then said oh I didnt hear what you said. Well then you should not have answered and asked me to repeat it.
Regardless they are very unprofessional and I for one will not give this location another penny of my money.

Since my post, I have been going to the Dunkin on Red Road in Miramar. Yes it is a little further, but it's worth the gas in gold.
Oh my god, what a difference.
Service ***** Friendly, they greet you and thank you for coming there. employees actually look like they like their jobs or at least grateful for them. SERVICE A SMILE. Very Pleasant.
Food ***** always made just right. Oohhh and they have no issues with giving me the chocolate syrup separately. From day one. NO FUSS NO HASSEL.
AND since I practically go every day, I dont even need to ask for it separately. They already know my name and make my order how they know I like it.
We as consumers have options and voices. We do not need to put up with crapy food or service.
So, so happy at my new Dunkin location.

I went to order a tea . It was raining so bad they don’t have a canopy where u place your order so I drove up to window and she wouldn’t take my order I said it’s raining bad she looked at me and shrugged her shoulders like to bad and closed window Starbucks never did that to me !!! Note there was no one in back of me it’s like it was busy!!!! Also the staff there is so rude they hand you things with such a bad attuide they dont even greet you , there is a spanish lady there that thinks shes the owner cant even make a tea the way the customers likes it because she tells you no. But all the other Dunkin they do it . Very nasty lady and staff.

I’m used to order in this location at least one time per week. I love sugared donuts, but Uber eats doesn’t have this option. So any time I call the store Nayomi ( hope wrote right) help me all the time with that! She does the extra miles with an amazing customer service. Businesses needs more people like her!!

I ordered an iced latte and they made it hot instead of cold and rather than redoing the latte they just decided to pour it over ice, watering down the latte in the process and giving it a weird lukewarm temp.Also as I was pulling up to the drive thru there looked like a donut rack or some type of food rack left outside.
