Today I place a mobile order at 6:15 as I go to open the door at 6:30 to my surprise the store was still closed when it is advertised they open at 6. I attempted to get a hold of someone on the app and there support is down for maintenance this is ridiculous.

I was there around 11:46am today and I ordered my caramel iced coffee and bagel as usual. The girl charges me and I’m waiting for my drink and food when I start hearing them talking about me and my order in Spanish, assuming I didn’t know Spanish . It was 2 young girls working the front. They came up to me and asked me what I wanted on my vanilla iced latte, I corrected them saying it was a caramel iced and continued to tell them the toppings I wanted. An older lady from the back decides to join in on the conversation they were having about me and they start saying how I wanted to many topping on my coffee and how I was doing to much (cold foam, caramel on top with some cinnamon… Is what I wanted on top). They proceed to continue talking about my order and finished my order and when I got to the car… what I got was not what I ordered. The coffee was not how I ordered it and they put no sugar in it. I asked for sugar in the coffee and the my bagel wasn’t even hot, barely toasted, and had little to no cream cheese.

Title: Unacceptable Delay for Coffee
I was waiting more than 30 minutes just for a coffee, which I find totally unacceptable. I understand there may be times of high demand, but this wait time exceeds any reasonable expectation. They didn't seem to be too busy, but the service was extremely slow and disorganized.
To make matters worse, no one apologized or attempted to justify the delay. The experience was frustrating and I would not return to this place. If they do not have the ability to quickly serve something as basic as a coffee, they should reconsider their operation. I don't recommend it!

The staff made a face of disgust when I ordered my late with cream instead of milk. Why are they judging the customers taste? That’s unprofessional and made me feel so bad! I don’t have to explain my dietary restrictions to anyone and I expect to be treated with respect by the service staff. I’m not recommending this shop to anyone
