I am very in to customer service, I wanted to visit the restaurant so many occasions, today was a perfect day,due the fact that the pulperia tour was today 2.1.20, on Saturdays is my special day out because i take my mom to see and to see her enjoy her food and to see her enjoy our moment. I get all jittery and happy because part of my culture is her in Miami. But my heart will always be in Costa Rica my roots. As I finish purchasing items from the Pulperia Tour, I wanted to get a bit, and today was not a very good experience. First they took over 30 minutes to even greet or acknowledge that we was there. Finally when the guy come to take our order, he looked like he was in a rush. Then he was not very help full with the menu. Like I mention customer service is alot. For first impression this was not a very great one at all.As we ordered the food, the plates come back in the portion is very little plate not very presentable, also I decided to order some tortilla with natilla, 25 minutes passed by and the man comes to the table to tell us he never put the order in. Wow so ok we still wait patiently the to side of tortilla took an 1and 34mins, I asked 3 people about and is like the did not care about it. Finally the tortilla get to our table in the cold.and the side of natilla is 1 ounce is like they are watching there portions and who serves food like that.After I was already inpatient and wanted to leave. I asked for my check is like for everything I had to wait. Worst experience, the over charge me, I asked for a manager in the same guy that was our server was the manager, he even snatched at me. Yelling like who does he think he is. And the cook was the wife. There establishment are not well prepared to deal with customer or even a small crowd. They need to work on there service and to win more customers they need to work on there attitude.There is alot of families that waited and I think because we are from the same country they think is ok for them to make people wait. Others was waiting long while, and when they got there food is like they got one plate here the other there.#hire more employees to do your job and me nicer you never know, who is coming in.# you have children working there that look scary and no experience.

Apart from the place being very clean as well as the bathrooms, the food was a disaster in two typical Costa Rican dishes, EL VIGORÓN, disastrous, the chicharrones, were cut from the famous Argentine chicharrón or rib, cut after being fried and fried, the The pork fat tasted bad and chicharrón looked like rocks, the Chifrijo, tortillas were not fried at the moment, it seems that they come already cooked and were not covered from what it seemed, derived from plastic, hard and acidic beans, refried peas, there is no menu, no prices, and the waitress dressed casually, a very bad experience not recommended, I lived in Costa Rica for more than 12 years and my wife is from there, we know about Costa Rican food!
