One star because the scrambled eggs were TOO salty and my “café con leche” was prepared with powdered dairy creamer instead of the evaporated milk I asked for. Went because it was “Cafecito con René”, something offered by the Commissioner of my area, Senator René García. Considering it was jam-packed, the waitresses were absolutely lovely and smiled. I did notice that even at the early hour there was a large selection of hot food available.
