I was at Palenque Pizzeria Restaurante and one of the things they excel at is service. My experience was pleasant, they are pretty attentive, take time to explain the menu and make recommendations. When I decide to have Cuban pizza, I usually have the chorizo one as this is not a usual topping you find at other pizza places(unless it is a Cuban one). I enjoyed the crunchy edges of the pizza, but in my opinion the amount of chorizo was limited. I also don’t like the idea of having the chorizo cut in small pieces, the regular slices is the way to go. I appreciate the pizza was not overly greasy, as I don’t like that excess of fat. However, I gotta say it was because the pizza was light on cheese, limiting the amount of fat. It works for me but perhaps it won’t for those people who love cheesy pizzas. Overall, I liked it, not the best Cuban pizza I have had but good enough.
