El Palenque Pizzería Cubana

Hoy es la primera vez que fui , el lugar muy bonito, moderno y acogedor. Pero mi experiencia con la atención fue pésima , estuve por 45 min para que me hicieran el pedido . La comida buena excepto la lasaña y tuve que recordarle a la muchacha un batido que había pedido . Luego a la hora de pagar ella me dijo una cantidad que me pareció un poquito alto para lo que había consumido, el pago lo hice cash , cuando me trajo el cambio le pedí el recibo a la muchacha y después de una explicación un poco extraña para sacar el recibo finalmente me lo trajo con un cambio diferente al que había traído la primera vez ( mayor) , no se si esto fue por error . Lo que si le puedo recomendar es que siempre pidan el recibo . NO RECOMIENDO EL LUGAR

La mejor lasaña de Miami, sin duda. Me encanto el lugar, muy recomendado

Pizza quality is poor.Not similar to the pizza made in cuba with the melting cheese. I ordered 4 pizzas and the cheese was burned. Unfortunately, i will not visit the place again.

Worts pizza cubana ever....just a poece of bread with cheese and sauce....the size of a bun...not wotthy...Nunca mas.

Pizza tasted like perfume. The only thing I can think of is that the person handling the pizza had perfume on his/her hand. Couldn't eat it?

Is a fast food place pizza was great just little small of that I was expecting we wait less than 15 min shakes really good no seats for waiting very crowded I guess is popular taste really good ?

The food is good but I have to say the service is great. Liset, took my order by phone and when I arrived she was making 4 different shakes, taking orders, answering the phones and taking their orders, charging the clients, etc and with a great attitude. These are the employees you want to see dealing with the Public. I can tell she will go far with her dedication, professionalism and great customer service. She is definitely and asset to the company. Keep it up!!!

Kid-friendliness: There is parking, is in the gas station.

Don't bother with their spaghetti, you'll get barely any sauce and the sauce itself isn't very good. The Cuban pizza is alright if you like the burnt ends, not too greasy either.They have to work on their sauce game.

Honestly, the pizzas are good, but the delay of more than an hour is terrible.They don't have conditions for people to wait either, but not even a chair , nor space.The quality of the pizza is exquisite, very good, but waiting so long for a pizza really takes away the desire to eat it,you can still try to order it by phone, you'll have to wait for the same thing for more than an hour...it really doesn't make sense...the tip is almost more obligatory than the signature when you pay with the card…
