Being a native 305 I've never passed up an opportunity for a good frita and shake. This place doesn't change. They are constant, affordable, fresh food and the service is always good. There's plenty of seating and if you come early you can have the place to yourself. I ordered a frita and my coworker had a pan con biste. The food is made to order as well as it taste delicious. It may not be the healthiest choices however life is short. If you want to taste an original Cuban spot then you won't be disappointed.

The burgers are OK, but the service is horrible. It's like they hate customers and are not afraid of showing it. They have little signs all over the restaurant putting down customers. I can't understand how they can't treat paying customers so awful and still be in business. I can only guess it's an absentee owner.
I have been comparing here for many years and the truth is that this last experience was not up to par with the fried food (dry and thin) of very poor quality.
