Karla the waitress was as rude as I have ever seen in my entire life. I told her to please tell the cook to change the bread because it was too hard and she was rude from the beginning, treating us like we were trash. The place was practically empty, she took a while to make two shakes and she took all the time to serve us until she finally arrived with the two shakes, then she took a while to bring two fries and she knew she had us sitting waiting until we ate the shake. when he came with a face to give us the two fries. When I asked him to please come to the table to tell him that I couldn't eat the fruit because of the stale bread, he didn't apologize at all! Finally, when he brought the fruit I told him to bring me the bill and can you believe that this lady charged me for the fried food that I had taken a single bite of and when I asked her why she had charged me for that fried food that had stale bread, she answered me grotesquely. that maybe he had taken a bite!! How horrible how there can be a person who dares to treat a client that way. The only thing I could answer was calmly that because of this treatment of yours I will never return to this place. I will never return to this place since that waitress was so short and rude. What a shame that the country where I was born has this kind of fame. My wife and I came in and ordered our fitas and a soup my wife wanted the soup before the Frita and the waitress brought everything at the same time so basically my wife ate the sandwich cold in order to enjoy her soup but couldn't really enjoy the frita because is was cold and honestly I wouldn't recommend to anyone to come here bad and horrible service.
