The majarete is very good but the tamale is no longer the same, it is made of atina, not sweet corn, if they don't change, I don't buy it anymore when they started, if they made it with ground corn, the last one I ordered was made of flour, it was very bad and the meat had no flavor

The food is first class, the tamales are excellent, and the buñuelos are a delight, the food is so authentic and the service is very good, even to eat in the standing place because there is no space to sit, but it is worth going and eating deliciously tasty

The saleswoman is very nice, but THE WORST TAMALES I HAVE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE!!! I bought 16 and had to throw them all away. A flabby, disintegrated and flavorless dough inside the leaves that has nothing to do with the texture and flavor that an Espantoso tamale should have. Those who go far like me looking for tamales because they read good reviews, look for another place. The opinions must be those of recent arrivals from Cuba who no longer even know what a real tamale is. Anyone who has eaten good tamales realizes that these are an absolute disaster.
