Terrible attention from the lady in the morning, she should stay at home if she doesn't feel like working

Attention clients and owner of the premises, someone who works there cloned my wife's card and tried to steal money. We know this because it was the last mole where she used it and she never used it again, so the person responsible was from there. Be careful and have hope. They catch the person responsible, have a nice day
No one answer the phone
I went to this place with the desire to eat something sweet and brighten my night and the service of the lady at the counter was horrible and to top it off I ordered some ham croquettes to be made and I told her to please let me know and I sat in my car in front of the store, this lady put the croquettes in the cash register and turned her back and went into the kitchen and didn't come out even though I was calling her and she yelled at me from inside that the croquettes were on the counter, the service is super bad and rude, the owner should change the staff urgently.

The best Cuban croquettes that have been eaten in this country. I recommend it 💯
Look what kind of disgusting thing is without asking permission, they come and bathe your cupcakes in sugar water, a total disgusting thing apart from the sweets that are so wet, the dough is super bad, the meringue just tastes like food coloring, the last and first time I come here

The best chocolate cake
We were on a late night wild goose chase for a large plain white bakery to-go box for a project our daughter had to turn in at school the following morning. We went here because they are open 24 hours and their boxes are the plain white ones that are not branded (exactly what we needed).
We explained to the lady at the counter how we were all out of options and would really appreciate if she could help us. We offered to purchase the box (name your price) and even tried to purchase a dozen pastelitos de guayaba to get the box. She kept saying that she could not help us.
We even asked how many pastelitos we have to purchase to earn a box and her answer was that the box is not for pastelitos. There was no reasoning with her. She said the only way we are getting the box is if we buy a $50 cake.
I cannot put into words how frustrated we were as we left with no solution for our daughter and she will just have to deal with the bad grade this time.
I have an account with Restaurant depot and I know that regardless of size these boxes don’t cost more than one dollar each.
I don’t think that the customer is always right but I do think that no matter how unhappy you are at your job at the end of the day we are people before we are a potential customer and we can’t forget how to treat people.
Where I am from this review is what we would call “te salió el tiro por la culata”.

In this place they ask you for the tip to your face
Without shame they tell you how much you are going to leave as a tip.
$7.00 for 4 pastelitos (2 cheese 2 beef). Horrible pricing. With prices I done who will want to go back and repeat. I wanted to buy a box. But something told me that this empty place the prices are gonna be expensive and I was right on Shame. These businesses increases there prices to the point that they lose repeat business.

It is the best bakery in the area, I like their products more than those of other bakeries where I have bought before.
