Don’t expect them to be open during their posted hours and expect some rudeness for inconveniencing the staff during their posted opening hours. Would definitely not return and it’s a shame the good brand reputation Firehouse has at other locations is being soiled by the folks at this location.

I made an order for pickup and they made me wait in line for 10 minutes for a cup after I had already ordered online. The bread was hard, sloppy and not even cut accurately. They need more training.0

They made my order wrong charge me 350 for a bottled soda which I did not get and they gave me a cup of soda instead and they fixed my sandwich wrong it was supposed to have provolone cheese, jalapeños, lettuce, oil, and vinegar on the sandwich they left out the provolone cheese and on the order they have no provolone however, when I ordered online, I made sure that it had provolone and I took this picture of it. Tried to call the phone number listed several times and it would ring and ring and ring and finally it would say remote access code. Order was also really late and as well as not put in the spot to be delivered. Which that part has nothing to do with firehouse sub.

Shockingly rude staff aside from the manager. They barely speak English and talk to you as if you were their childhood bully. Seriously need to switch out staff with even semi-professionals. These ladies need to get a job that doesn’t involve speaking!!!

They never answer the phone. When they answered I place an order. When I got home the order was completely different. They don't understand or speak English. She asked me if I wanted a pickle I said yes. They're always out of pickles are they forget the pickles. When I got there I said is a pickle in the bag she said no. We don't have any. I said why did you ask me on the phone if I want to pickle with it. I called corporate four times that's right four times. They said they would get back to me. To make it right they never have. This is almost every time I go there there's some issue. I've been waiting 6 months for corporate to get back to me . Justina you can't enjoy what you want to order. What they don't understand or do not train properly. It was a mess. It's a shame because I do like the franchise. For customer service communication on professionalism. Take a pic hopefully the corporate or the manager or the district manager or this location will reach out to me. And make it right. The fact that for 6 months and after 6 call they don't answer me. Speaks volumes about this franchise. And this business in general. Supposedly founded by fireman. Not good not good at all very disappointed

Ordered a large New York steamer fully involved and my brother ordered a medium New York steamer. With no one else in the store it took over 10 mins to get two sandwiches. Mine came with no onions lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, mustard or the pickle. When I opened the sandwich I could see a good portion of the bread on the bottom where the meat was supposed to be. My brothers medium definitely had more meat than mine. What were they doing for ten minutes? I thought the meat was portioned out or had to be weighed. When I brought the sandwich back up to the counter and asked if I was given the right portion they said yes. When I told them I wanted my sandwich fully involved they had no idea what I was talking about. I pointed to the box on the counter that says fully involved and they said oh you want lettuce tomato and onion. They added these items to my sandwich and still never gave me a pickle. $19.57? What an absolute disappointment…I will definitely never go to that location again and I think I’m done with firehouse all together.
