Today was my first time eating firehouse subs and I must say the experience was amazing ! From The food to the awesome staff and the clean establishment! I definitely rate this place 10/ 10 btw the bread was soooooo soft!!! The entire sub was fresh and definitely worth every dime ! They have a customer for life ! Job well done 49th street Hialeah location !

Just paid 10$ for a medium hook and ladder. It came with ONE piece of ham!!! Smallest portions you'll ever see for a sandwich. Definitely will not be back and will tell everyone I know not to come here.

Don’t expect them to be open during their posted hours and expect some rudeness for inconveniencing the staff during their posted opening hours. Would definitely not return and it’s a shame the good brand reputation Firehouse has at other locations is being soiled by the folks at this location.

I made an order for pickup and they made me wait in line for 10 minutes for a cup after I had already ordered online. The bread was hard, sloppy and not even cut accurately. They need more training.0

They made my order wrong charge me 350 for a bottled soda which I did not get and they gave me a cup of soda instead and they fixed my sandwich wrong it was supposed to have provolone cheese, jalapeños, lettuce, oil, and vinegar on the sandwich they left out the provolone cheese and on the order they have no provolone however, when I ordered online, I made sure that it had provolone and I took this picture of it. Tried to call the phone number listed several times and it would ring and ring and ring and finally it would say remote access code. Order was also really late and as well as not put in the spot to be delivered. Which that part has nothing to do with firehouse sub.
