I'm so heart broken to find out my favorite bartender, Allie, is no longer working here. Also to find out the reason why breaks my heart. Fired a bartender because a customer gave them food? That was free on free wing Wednesday. I can't support a company that treats their workers so poorly.

First and foremost, I LOVE going to Flanigan's and you can find me there pretty often. I rarely take time leave reviews but I have to share how frustrated I am with one of your managers, Gabriel. He was incredibly rude and racist towards me and my husband, and proceeded to make homophobic remarks under his breath, which my husband heard on the way to the bathroom. I don't appreciate this level of disrespect from an institution I hold in such high esteem. Do better.

Terrible management, female bartender working the service station was an absolute nightmare and between the two ruined our celebration for this evening. Will be calling corporate in the morning as I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant. Manager had short hair, bartender was a brunette.

Food was excellent and so was the service. I took off 1 star, because I had to wait an extra 20 minutes passed the apps time to pick it up, but thats no biggie considering how busy they always are.

First of all, I've always had a great experience at this location. Their ribs are superb. But unfortunately, this last visit, I happened to order the half rib with a half barbecue chicken. I was extremely disappointed when my meal came. Everything seemed to be on point. The ribs were fantastic, but when I tried the chicken. The meat was hard and seemed aged. I am a meat lover, and it's hard to get me to reject chicken ,ribs, or pork, but I have to say this was the worst chicken I've tried in years . I was able to avoid a situation like this for some time I guess. I believe this location doesn't really sell much of their half chicken orders, and the poultry was sitting for some time in the fridge. I was forced to just leave the half chicken and enjoy the rest of my visit. I did give a tip to the waitress because it was no fault of her own, and I didn't want to ruin the time I was having with my son. I will be back but will never attempt to get half a chicken. Be warned and save yourself the disappointment.
