Excellent service from the waitresses who are very attentive and very dear to all of them. I am very struck by the fact that the manager is very involved with the entire restaurant. I will return in the future 👍🏼

The place is super cool, the only thing that's screwing up the place is the place's entertainer who thinks he's nice and who sings well and doesn't let you hear the music, he spends the whole night shouting into that microphone. The only one that deserves 5 stars is the manufacturer of the microphone because it doesn't drain the batteries which is so annoying.

I write this review having never been to Miami. Yesterday they tried to pay with a card cloned from mine from this place. I post the review in case there are more cases and the "criminal" is a regular customer of the establishment.

In short, it is a place that I will not visit again, not even with friends and even less with family, the first and last time I attend this place.
We were with family and friends celebrating the birthday of a friend from Costa Rica, which was the first time he attended a place of our Colombian culture, on Saturday, December 14, 2024, a duo of troubadours arrived who at the beginning in The first two trovas were funny, after this and when they continued with their show they were a disaster, disrespecting people by saying some super heavy and profane things without any need. , to which the clients of the place were no longer finding it pleasant or funny at all, thus achieving that the attendees remained in absolute silence and with murmurs that ended the show, (a rather unpleasant show which many people complained), I CONSIDER THAT TO BE FUNNY YOU DO NOT NEED TO DISRESPECT OTHERS AND MUCH LESS WHEN THEY ARE CUSTOMERS OF THE PLACE.
In addition to this, they demand a dress code which not even the workers themselves comply with, they threaten to kick you out and one of the security guys yells at one of our threatened guests and asks for reinforcement because the shirt he was wearing couldn't be worn in the place, and it was a style similar to what one of the workers wore, but they argued that supposedly they could because they were workers, so why do they ask for a dress code if they can wear whatever they want, whether they are well presented or not?
Taking into account that the shirt that our guest had was much more presentable, impeccable and better dressed than the one that the worker of the establishment had. If they demand a dress code it is because they, as workers, must be very well presented and impeccable and give example.
To this end, one of the security people threatened to take us out the hard way. When I went to talk to him, I received shouts, profanity from him, and threats. To which I had to see the need to ask to speak with the manager and present the displeasure and bad treatment on the part of his worker, while I tried to speak with the manager. This worker began to raise his voice at me again, so I had to tell him "I'm talking to the manager, not you," a complete disaster for a shirt that was much more presentable than that of the same worker.

Without a doubt, my family and friends will not return to this unpleasant place either and of course I do not recommend it at all.

I believe that you can find much better places than this and that really show what we are as Colombians, beautiful, warm, friendly people, who like to enjoy good times.

If you want to have a good time with family and friends, have a dance and be in a pleasant atmosphere, this is definitely not the place.
If they want to have a bad time, get yelled at, get told dirty words and swear words, this IS the place.

If you are disabled, please do not go to this establishment. They do not have the accessible restroom working. I am a wheelchair user and have been there twice—once in July and again in November—so these visits were not close together, and both times the restroom was out of order. I don’t know if it’s because the security guard is sitting at the entrance and may feel too lazy to let people into the restroom, or if it is genuinely out of order. This is unacceptable, as under the ADA there should be no such inconvenience. It is shameful that the cities of Miami Lakes or Hialeah have not taken responsibility for this issue. How has this business passed city regulations with such a problem?
