I used to go to Frankie's back in 1999, when it was just a little shop that served the warehouses in the area. They had a dynamite breakfast and a good little deli for lunch. But I was just on MSN not 2 minutes ago and saw a poll that ranked the best sandwich joints in each state. For Florida, the one and only Frankie's in Hialeah, WTH???? So proud of you guys! And to think I knew you way back when!! Congrats!

If you’re looking for a true hidden gem in Hialeah, Franky’s Warehouse Deli is it! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family it’s the kind of warm, inviting vibe that makes you feel right at home. The subs here are on another level. They don’t hold back when it comes to packing the meat; every bite is loaded, fresh, and satisfying. I had the tuna sub, and let me tell you, it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had perfectly seasoned, generous in size, and absolutely delicious. Franky’s isn’t just a deli, it’s an experience that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend!

Stopped by Franky’s Deli in Hialeah and let me tell you — this spot is the real deal. Franky himself was behind the counter and he couldn’t have been friendlier. He made me feel like I’d been coming there for years even though it was my first time.
I went with the Italian sub, and man… this thing was stacked. Fresh bread with the perfect crunch, layers of quality meats, crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and just the right amount of oil and vinegar. Every bite had that balance you want in a true Italian. Honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time.
If you’re in Hialeah and craving a sandwich that actually hits, do yourself a favor and swing by Franky’s. Between the food and the hospitality, this place is a gem.

I'm just flat out not somebody who gives meaningless favorable reviews for anything. It sounds crazy to go on and on about a tuna salad sandwich I know, but Frankies is the literal best that I have ever had. Huge sandwich(12 inch), chips, 2 diet cokes for 18 bucks out the door. GREAT DEAL!!! The way the entire staff stays cool, calm, and collected during peak hours is honestly very impressive. Look this is a tight space, packed with folks enjoying their expertly crafted sandwiches. It would be very easy for the employees to feel overwhelmed, but they totally crushed it (yes Frankie, but really everybody). This spot is truly outstanding. It's not the easiest to find, and parking is tricky, but this gem will have a loyal following as it is the hands down best in the business.
