This is a small restaurant with a couple of tables inside. There is food prepared and you can chose from looking at through the glass. I didn't see a menu anywhere. It's seems like they have common Nicaraguan staples and varied other items and the way they prepare them. I ordered the carne asada, white rice, and yuca. The salad came with the meal. I spent $14 and the portion in my opinion was plentiful. I ate two days from it. Overall, it is a choice for takeout Nicaraguan...
Decent Nicaraguan food, nonexpensive. La torta de leche and the cake are great. Favorite drink melon con naranja and semilla de jicaro, also el cacao is good portions are great also. I have eaten here more than 30 times.
I've been hunting down the best place near Hialeah for a plate of Carne Asada, Queso Frito, Maduros, and Gallo Pinto. My reviews are based off the top ranking place, Pinolandia by Flagler & 12th Ave.This location has great Carne Asada! The portion is good and the taste is great! The Queso Frito was good too, I prefer it a little more crisp but it's good quality cheese. The Gallo Pinto was sub-par, it was a bit harder than I'd like. Overall if I'm too tired...
