The food is very good, well prepared, the only thing that is negative is in the back on the night shift there is a lady who mistreats customers, this Sunday I passed by and heard the bad manners she had with an elderly person What a disappointment that there are people who do not have formal education. I'm still on location, trying to speak with a supervisor but the employees hide to avoid me complaining as follows.
My complaint is not about the food which is very good considering how cheap it was. My complaint is against a servant, a very short female with bright eyes and short Grey material.
Every time she takes my order, like today, she's more interested in talking to her co-workers and I have to repeat my choices more than once each item.
I have Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and is very difficult having to stand longer while this employee decides when to pay attention to her job.
The food she bagged should have been in three different plastic bags, instead, she crammed all of it in a single plastic bag which came apart when it was set in my car, spilled and all over the car.
I don't want any money back. I don't want any free food. I want all customers to be aware of that one employee so they don't have to end up with the server from Hell.
Wheelchair accessibility: I have a wheelchair but the place is not handicapped-friendly.
