Bad xp, they even look to you, they just like you wait until they want. And no other customer in the store. I guess milkshakes were good for my kids.

Just walked into this store and I tell them to scanned my coupon and if you are a normal person your know that coupon means a discount from your tab/order now why would you think that I'm scanning for points? And then you have the audacity to gaslight us into thinking coupon means points i don't care where your from or what the word means to you if u search online coupon means discount from a particular item 😭😭. And I think that's basic common sense anyways if you go to this häagen daz make sure to tell carla that you want a discount not points or whatever I don't even know how you would phrase it cause cause this girl is crazy. Anyways thanks.

Purchased a smoothie. IT WAS HORRIBLE!! WHY DO YOU ADD CRANBERRY JUICE TO SMOOTHIES?? HOWEVER, THE ASSOCIATES WERE GREAT!! They made it all great....THANKS GENTLEMEN

Insane that they charge $11.50 for ice cream sundaes and they don’t fill the cup.

Service is a Negative 10. The two night employees did not acknowledge us when we entered. One was working on Uber orders, the other started replacing the empty containers instead of helping us, The Customer. Only reason we stayed was because the ice cream/smoothie is the best.

Wow, inflation must be hitting hard in this Häagen-Dazs location because their portions are getting smaller by the day. And you can say that the ice cream in the picture is melting, but that is before passing through the Palmetto underway.
