I went to this bakery last week because it was the closest bakery to me. When I walked in the worker was taking someone’s order and the boss was next to her mistreating the employee in front of the customer. Not just that, when I was waiting for my order I heard the boss yelling at all the workers in the kitchen. When I left I was traumatized the service was terrible, the surroundings were disgusting, and all the time I spent in there the boss was disrespecting all of the workers. If I could give zero stars trust me I would. Never coming here again!!!

This is the worst bakery in Miami you can go to. I went there yesterday, June 8th, 2024. The place does not have a great interior appearance, and there is not a great variety of pastries and baked goods to select from. Also, there are a few flaws that go against basic customer service rules such as not having a list of products and prices in display , slow turn-out speed for products that need to be prepared in-house, as well as lack of training of servers who do not even know what a media noche sandwich is composed of. It took more than 20 mins to get two sandwiches prepared, and they were not even hot.
Additionally, I asked who appeared to be the manager about the type of cream one of the cake slices had, and she said it was whipped cream. To my surprise, it was not whipped cream, but instead meringue, which was very dry like if the meringue was days old as well as the cake, and the strawberry gelatin on top was too rigid to even cut through with a plastic spoon. Whatever that piece of cake cost was thrown in the garbage.
This place would greatly benefit from a do-over or at least make sure that the products are in a good state to sell to the public, especially when kids might be eating their products. And please, get some type of training for the personnel so that they know what they are selling, they need to know how to answer customer's questions about their products.
Definitely, I am not coming back to this place and I will recommend you not to go there either. I am not one to complain about places, but somehow this needs to stop and get better, otherwise I don't know how they have been opened for so long.

The dirtiest bakery in Hialeah. There is always someone new in charge, the service is horrible.

How is it possible that a $110 cake is purchased and it is delivered without packaging? A wedding cake? I'm going 22 miles away and I have to carry it in my hand, if they can't have packaging for such a big cake, don't sell it... Hello!!!

The amazing snacks?
The service was good but I bought croquettes and a cheese and Guava bread and it was stale.
I bought meat empanadas and they came out stale

Usually this bakery is spectacular, but today we went an hour and ten minutes before they closed and they already had all the maniquins turned off, the new girl wanted to sell us the sandwiches without heating and I asked for a steak sandwich with everything and I got it They gave with nothing, needless to say that I am not going to be there anymore, nor is anyone else. What do I know why? What am I going to tell everyone about the bad experience that I had.
