The food here was so horrible chicken not fresh we sent the chicken back 2 times just for it to still not be fresh people in the kitchen not even cooking food fresh or not working just walking around doing nothing I would not recommend nobody to come to this hooters anyways they fell off really bad food been terrible!

Worse customer service I ever experienced, waitress was talking with I guess her boyfriend she make wait like 5 minutes and when we called her she got upset 😡 hopefully she didn't spit on our beverages serving with bad attitude. Worse hooters ever.

Came in to watch Niners game Monday night. They were playing music instead of game sound. When requesting game sound to be played was told they only play sound for home team games. Server was friendly band attentive. Had garlic parm wings and they tasted like straight oil no flavor. Have me 1 additional wing in the house but didn’t make up for lack of flavor. Ordered a Long Island and was weak also. Left right after I had my wings and went else where. Didn’t make it past 1 quarter of the game. Would not recommend at all.

Came here last weekend during the day. There was a sign at the front to take a seat on your own and I sat out side near the entrance. Three waitress passed by and never bothered to come up to me and even tried calling one over but went back inside. A party of 3 came in about 10 minutes after me and immediately got service. Ended up waiting 20 minutes before I got up and left.

This is the best Hooters location in South Florida, hands down. The food is always perfect. The service is quick and easy and always right. And the girls are super duper friendly and beautiful. Even the managers are friendly and make sure to say hello. I am sorry about what I am about to do. I am going to mention some of the super friendly girls by name. It's a long list. They are: Tahimy, Jocelyn, Jazmyne, Angelini, Widna, Camila, Skye, Stephanie, Shirley, Malenys, Cristal, Michele, and Ari. There are others, I just can't remember all their names. Everyone here is great. I live over 600 miles away, and I can't wait to come back.
Service was terrible. We had to get the manager to get us a waitress . Food came out 10 minutes apart. Had to flag her down to get a check. Absolute worst. Lunch was almost 2 hours long for no reason and they weren't even busy.

Visited twice sat at outside bar. No one acknowledged me for 15 minutes or more both times. Everyone walked past me until I finally asked was anyone working there. Once I ordered, everything else went well. Food was fresh & tasty. Margaritas were great!

The food was great the atmosphere was nice however not one manger came and checked on me. As they walked by and looked me in my eye and continued to keep walking… am I invisible or something!!! It’s three managers here and not one came to my table…. UNBELIEVABLE!!! My server did not check on me at all left me with an empty cup of coke for 15mins. Wanted to order more drinks because they are amazing but no server was around to give service when I wanted it. All in all the server was not attentive nor was the management!!! I probably won’t come to this location again…. After 20 plus years of me working in the food industry this was a bad choice today…. Also waited on the check for about 20 minutes after asking 2 times….

I went Sunday 14 around 7pm I walked in with my 9lbs dog he's a maltese. I was going to sit at the deck because of my dog. And the manager came out to say hooters does not accept pets. I told her that is why im sitting outside. She said we do not accept pets not even outside. That was RUDE !!! I really love the wings from this place but honestly this manager has to be well educated.
