The service is the worst, the truth is, you order 20 alits and you arrive and ask, they only come back to see it, it takes 30 minutes, it's just this balla, one says that it's full but empty, it seems like they are paid to come back to see you again

Terrible service on the outside bar, no menu offered, literally 3 secs before the waitress disappears inside again better get everything your going to want you wont see them for at least 20 minutes. Outside tvs were set to a direct tv waiting screen for over 30 minutes had to let them know the tv needed to be changed,had to wait 20 for that. Paid my tab and left. Its a shame they used to be very attentive and had great service in the past. I guess itll be twin peaks next time...

The but place in Hialeah, pure and simple communism, you can't turn off the fans (they didn't give me any reason, and it's winter), if you order the curtain to go up you can't lower it again even if you're on the verge of hypothermia...I hope Let the franchise owners see this and not allow this.

I've been sitting here waiting for 40 minutes and still no one has come to the table to take our order, they have terrible service, the truth is that they don't even deserve a star, it's the worst hooters place I've ever been to. This is sad because of the lack of class and service. No one came to our table to ask or take our order, they brought us the wrong jug of beer that was from another table, until it made me uncomfortable and I was more polite than them and asked to pay for something I hadn't ordered. I am Cuban and unfortunately I saw the service of Cuba, not that of a capitalist country, it was a socialist service of Cuba. This place should take an example from Doral, which has high hooeter. Today, Sunday the 12th of 2025, if it were the bosses, they would take everyone out of this shift because right now this is a place of gossip with little class, what a shame that this place has already fallen so low.

I have to admit that this place is my new hangout spot.... The people, the service, and most of all their night time manager.. James, (aka) "PJ" IS ALL AROUND ABOVE AND BEYOND..., want to feel at home when you go out to eat,? Come to Hooters in Hialeah...you won't regret it....

I find the place very good as well as the service. I didn't give it 5 stars because the girl took a while to bring me the drink. But she herself was pretty good. And the overall experience was pleasant.

We went to eat on a Tuesday, there was almost no one, more than 10 minutes to wait for us to be served, we left and the person at the door didn't even care why it was there. Terrible service, not even telling you "I'm coming."

Basically no wait time we came in got sat and had waitresses come up to us as if we were family. We stopped in for lunch and gave the baby some food while we enjoyed talking and had a drink it was a great experience Grace was our waitress and a new server Widna was awesome even tho she was training when we were there. My wife and I got to relax and the baby ate and got treated like a king it was great!
