So we went to @Hooters and we got there at 7:26pm and no one came and acknowledged that we was sitting unless I got up now at 7:50pm and say is anyone gonna take my order and then she bring a girl and say she don’t speak English when I clearly saw her talking English ?

I love coming to hooters just for their blackened shrimp. Today we came to hialeah hooters and their was a little delay/mixup with my order (something that has never happened to me before) but a manager Mario jumped into action really quick and made it right! I was very pleased and amazed how fast and professional he was and pleased us as customers. Normally others would get upset but he was so awesome it's hard to even get upset when he was just so nice.. thank you Mario for your efforts and being a great manager. Love hooters !

I asked the waitress if they had changed the formula of the wings. She responded "Well maybe they were the last of a batch". I was stunned. The wings were tasteless and the batter was disgustingly weird. Not the same as before. Oh and also expensive. Gross!!
