When I arrived at the IHOP, the waitress came by right away to take my order which was appreciated. Unfortunately, that nice feeling was soon ruined when the waitress brought our food to the only other customers in the establishment (one table of 5). They let her know that it wasn't their food, but she was somehow super surprised and confused. I tried to get her attention and say that the food was actually for my table, but she was "SURE" it wasn't and made sure to let me know it "wasn't mine" before heading back into the kitchen with the food. Not even a minute later, the food was brought to my table with a short "here you go". My classic chicken sandwich was immaculate, but it must have absorbed the quality out of my girlfriend's dish on the way to the table because her eggs Benedict meal looked awful. The hash browns were... Well... Browned on the top side, but in a burnt way; so much so that it maintained the form of the mold it was cooked in. The eggs on top of the English muffin were cooked till they were hard, robbing us of nice runny eggs, and to top it all off the dish was cold! Overall the waitress was super rude and the food was way overcooked. The bill felt like sand kicked in my eyes.

I had the pleasure of being served by Arianna during my recent visit to IHOP, and I must say, her service was exceptional! From the moment I sat down, she greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I felt welcome. Arianna was attentive throughout my meal, always checking in to see if everything was to my satisfaction. Her friendly demeanor and efficient service truly enhanced my dining experience. I highly recommend this IHOP, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by Arianna.

I love this IHOP! Charity is the absolute best . Everytime I come she makes me and my 3 children feel special. My food is always good and I come sometimes just for the service. Charity service is unmatched even when they are busy!

The one star on service,has nothing to do with the server ladies.But instead with the manager.We come to this location 3-4 times per month.For the last couple of years,never an issue till today.French fries were uncooked,one of our omelets the veggies were burnt.The other one will come out of the kitchen with ham,twice when I even heard the server said only bacon.When I got tired of getting the wrong omelet twice.I said,never mind just bring me.pancakes.Well,a few minutes later,a different server came out and told us that the kitchen was closed for "inspection".We ask to speak to the manager,and he pretty much refuse too.But,when we got up to walk out.He came out,look at us and hide again.

Do not come to this location!!! The wait is HORRIBLE!! I arrived and no one was there to greet my family and I.. I had to go behind the cash register and get our own menu's and sit myself down. We waited some more and I got up and went to the kitchen and they were just there chit chatting I asked if anyone works here? And the only server on duty said yes I'm taking care of 1 table (mind you there was only that ONE table occupied at the moment). PLEASE DO BETTER. I will not bring my money here anymore.The general manager of this location needs to be re-evaluated please. This is the 2nd time this happens to me in this location. Never again!!!!Its not the server's fault which was only ONE on duty. She was very nice with me and explained the issue going on. Administrative needs to do better with scheduling their server's. Multiple servers, not just ONE. Poor girl.While I was there, there was 3 families that left due to the wait time. Terrible ?

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had a horrible customer service experience at this location while visiting from Chicago. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes along with a side of bacon. About 15 minutes later, the cook brought the pancakes to my table without the bacon and quickly walked away without asking if there was anything else I needed. The waitress who took my order never returned to my table. I tried flagging her down, but she ignored me. So, I had to walk up to the front counter and explain to the supervisor what happened. The supervisor sent the cook back to my table. The cook did not apologize or show any empathy for the mishap . Her only response was that the waitress did not include it on my order. I also asked if the maple syrup could be warmed up because it was cold. The cook sarcastically responded that the syrup was cold because it had been sitting on the table. So, I simply walked out without dining. I refuse to pay my money at any establishment for poor treatment.

Very bad service, since you arrive a lot of workers and an empty table and they have you waiting for 30 minutes or more to sit down, then you order the food and it is 1 more hour for the food to arrive, all the workers lock themselves in an unknown room Well, you leave the clients alone, everyone and everything is terrible. They don't know what they are doing. The food is cold and has a bad taste, the fried things taste like super old grease, there has never been anywhere in my life that everything was so terrible. Totally upset, they pass you by and don't pick up the plates and glasses that are no longer being used.????
