I've already been here about twice in the evening time and both times I'm standing there for about 10 minutes and nobody comes to get us a table. The food is good. But not worth me standing around for 10 minutes while everybody is walking around clearly seeing a standing there. Usually this starts with bad management. I don't necessarily blame the employees. They were probably understaffed. Even the cooks were telling them that the line was getting full and it had nowhere to put the new cooked food. No idea what was going on. I recommend don't coming here because the night staff is not that great

I brought my family here from England, as they always like to have an American breakfast when they stay. All our meals were on point. Fast and friendly service. We were impressed.

The food was good, and the wait was not so bad 20-30 mins about average for a Sunday, I guess. The service was good too. They take a bit long to get our food, but they were pretty swamped, so it's understandable. We would definitely come back again.
The food has always been consistent and the service good, however, if it gets very busy the wait is extremely long because they can't seem to handle the dine in rush as well as the mobile orders. There's also confusion with keeping track of each type of order and the mobile orders were being prepared before those of the dine in customers.Over the holidays it took us an hour to get our meal and less than 10 minutes to be seated. the people next to us had the same issue then had to ask for the manager in order to get their bill after 30 minutes.This experience, though frustrating, didn't stop us from returning on Sunday and everything was good as usual. Our server Eileen(I think) was pleasant and efficient.I'll try to avoid going there during the holidays though.
