They locked us out of our room twice without an apology. The bellman came with keys that did not work. A chair was included in our $1000 a night room, but it was missing. It took me 4 hours to get a new chair. And the front desk was uncaring. The thermostat was set on 71 degrees and we had to spend time waiting for an adjustment. The service at the restaurant was slow and uncaring. The phone in our room did not work, so every time I called the desk I was put on hold. I got a text at 7:30 am that said that my final bill was sent and check out soon. No responses on text requests except to sell me more experience. If you want a beautiful, caring , relaxing place, try Islander in Islamorada . They are fantastic and the property is beautiful,Vegetarian options: They are pretty bad
