The owner is rude and not accommodating. We ordered online and it wasn't available and it took calling corporate to be able to receive my money back. They are only good for their croissants anyways just so you guys know. And one more thing, I bought an even more expensive croissant from Cao bakery and the customer service there? Impecable, the croissant is actually bigger and more flavorful than this place could ever be. Here's picture proof

Good Cuban bakery in Hialeah. This place is packed on the weekends, standing room only. Dark Café con leche is the best. Try the pastel gallego with chorizo. They will fry up a tray of 25 fresh party ham croquetas. This is a neighborhood joint where the workers know client's names. There is extra parking next door.

So disappointed with the service, I have been coming here for years and lately the employees treat you like they are doing you a favor by serving you the food. Today I went and the tequeños were still frozen when I had asked for them to be made fresh and so was the empanada. The didn't fry them well enough for the cheese to melt so the middle was still frozen cold. The lady taking care of us had an attitude and she asked me 5x what my order was because she wasn't paying attention the first 4x time I told her. I had to continue telling her I was missing items. It is sad because I have been coming here for years & one person who does not care about her job can definitely ruin the whole establishment for someone.

I've been coming here since I was a teenager many moons ago. No visit is complete without me stopping by to buy goodies for home. I live for their bread with guava and cheese. Honestly EVERYTHING here is on point. It's not insta or tik tok famous it's where the old locals line up at 6am. Language barrier? Just point EVERYTHING is just as delectable as it looks!

Wow Best coffee and fresh pastries are simply delicious. For 2 large coffees and 3 pastries we paid $6. You can't beat that.

Jackpot! I think I found the cheapest Cuban bakery in Hialeah. For $11.00, I got: -4 guava and cheese pastries; -1 chicken empanada; -10 ham croquetas. And before anyone asks, as much as a fatty that I can be, this wasn't all for me. I took the goodies to share with some of my family who live nearby. A few things to note about this bakery. First thing's first, you need a minimum of $10 to use a card, so you may want to bring cash. Also, parking lot is small and so is the bakery. You'll never see croquetas up front because they tend to make them fresh. They're delicious! Get them. Grab the flan, too. Probably the best one in Hialeah. I think it's $7 for an entire flan. English doesn't exist here. Nor does seating. I think at most there are two chairs. Pick up and go essentially. Love this joint, but they can use some improvements. Mostly the use of a ticketing system. It's always packed at Casablanca.

Being born and raised in East Hialeah, I was blessed with having a great choice among bakeries. Cuban bakeries are amazing.... the sweets are to die for, the bread is to kill for, and the croquettes... well they are heavenly. Casablanca Bakery was, when I lived in Hialeah, one of my two go to bakeries to buy from and was the closest one to my home... mere blocks away. I had been eating from there for over 30 years. I have so many childhood memories of me playing in Babcock Park and going to get a snack from here or being just across the street or going to St. John the Apostle Catholic Church down the street and after being taken by my parents to eat some croquettes... I could go on but I will always remember this place fondly. Since I was in Hialeah doing some shopping and I needed a serious snack to keep me going, I stopped by as I hadn't been there in two years right before my move to Homestead. Nothing had changed. Same employees... who recognized me, Same great service, same amazing food and of course the Cafe Con Leche, Cuban toast, and Croquettes were amazing as always. Honestly I wish this place could be transplanted near my new home in Homestead. If you are in Hialeah and want to have some seriously good Cuban baked goods, stop by.

After going to this bakery for over 30 years and visiting many others, I realize how wonderful they really are. From Cuban pastries to breakfast to sandwiches, coffee, cakes, ice cream... my favorite is the cantinpalo and cappuccino pastry. It is small and quaint, but food is excellent.

This place sucks I use to come here daily to drink coffee buy cakes, bread everything under the sun I will never go back this is the 3rd time a blonde tall girl that works there gives me a horrible attitude. When I asked for a specific cake one of the nicer co workers went to ask Someome if they had or could make the cake and the blonde lady came out storming to give me an attitude and say they didn't have the cake and that I should take another cake which she wanted to force on me this happened 06/17/2017 as of today will never go back and will tell my family the same theirs plenty of bakeries in the area and the first one I showed up to said they would happily make the cake for me for my nephew they were happy to take my hundred dollars I spent in total. This business will close with employees like this one.

Croquetas have my vote Guava pastry was great also. Place was busy on a Saturday morning. Expect to walk in, buy your stuff and leave. There's no seating.
