I liked the park for its scale and potential for implementation. But unfortunately, during the COVID19 period, it was not possible to fully enjoy the service, since it was empty, not even half empty Therefore, it is difficult for me to draw a conclusion and leave a rating I liked the park itself, especially the flamingos that were brought from Cuba in 1934, which became the Symbol of the lottery.

The Hialeah Park Casino should update information. About open and closed hours I went to the casino today Friday because the hours are from 9 am to 12pm but at 9:15 pm we were informed that casino was going to close in 10 minutes I was pretty upset because not even outside at entrance was a sign with new schedule or anything about hours at the casino
Where do I begin! There is one girl that is so unprofessional, . She needs to be fired !! Not only is she prejudice! She is not good! Spent 7,000 dollars. Willl never go back . Horrible horrible such shitty service u get what u pay for!!!!!!
