At 2.50 for a "sloppy and bad" Cuban bread, they will never see my face again. What abusers are they?

I really like the croquettes and pastries from this bakery, the girl Laura who served me was very friendly. Those things are what make you come back to the place. Everything very clean. I recommend it 100%.

Karla bakery has always been a great place to enjoy delicious coffee, but unfortunately in recent days the quality of the food has gone down. The potatoes taste like burnt oil and the coffee is never the same, it is always either very bitter or with a lot of milk. A few weeks ago I bought a sandwich and it was nothing like what it was before. For some reason the meat in my sandwich tasted like lemon when I am a customer of the other Karla's and that same sandwich does not have lemon.
The service is excellent but the quality of what is sold has changed recently.

They have a drive thru that they barely pay attention to. You will literally sit there for more than five minutes and they won't even know you're there. So, you drive straight to the window and sit there for another 5. You'll have to blow your horn to get someone's attention. This is so horrible to have to deal with when you're on your way to work or drop your kids off at school. Depending on the day, you may get one of the ladies who are in a good mood or you might get a bad one. They overcharge you for the food and mess up orders all the time. The coffee is mediocre at best. Something tastes off with it. It may have something to do with the cups they use. Or the milk is spoiled. I don't know. I haven't figured that part out yet. 🤔

The positive part about this bakery is it's convenience. It's hard to find a Cuban café with a drive thru.

This is disgraceful. Going to charge 13 dollars for a sandwich with literally 1 slice of ham and 3 croquetta. The rest was just whatever sauce that was. Save your self the money and go to Vicky’s bakery. Didn’t even take a bite just straight to the trash
