I always have a problem with this place i went Today to get my mom food she has cancer and is in hospice she is dying and does not eat much she goes 4 days without eating she always loved kfc we would go every Friday and we’d spend a lot today she asked me for kfc i was So happy she wanted to eat i rushed And went thru the drive thru the cashier name was Julibel i placed The order and asked her to add Nashville sauce she said no she couldn’t i begged and told Her please I’ll pay extra she said no i can Give you hot sauce my mom doesn’t like hot sauce i don’t get why i couldnt Be charged for something so simple as a sauce i waited 10 min for our food i ate my biscuit on the way home i havent Ate in days when i get Home my mom doesn’t have her biscuit it shows on the receipt it was added on my moms order the biscuit that she’s always loved and i felt So bad i don’t know why i didn’t check i just wanted to leave i cried alot i had to call my sister to calm me down i told My mom I’ll go back and she said no not to leave i always Have issues here i wont Be going back i will Go to another kfc just to make my mom happy on her last days with me people should be more empathetic

My opinion cleanliness very dirty a lot of fat animals inside like non-guardian dogs sitting on the edge of the table and fed that you can't see where people with children have to come and eat calmly they Ban and well other innocent people to eat they don't know and They come to sit where a but I was eating if I know no one linpia for my opinion it's disgusting I won't go back anymore it's a shame a nice but disgusting place

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this location, which is the worst KFC in the area. I specifically requested a chicken combo with legs and thighs, and the staff confirmed my request. However, I received a combo with breasts and wings instead. The employees were unhelpful and rude throughout the process. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

So I decided to get the mac and cheese bowl I go through the drive-thru they tell me that I had to wait for French fries pull out and park in the front 20 minutes have gone by and they still have not brought my fries 😩 I had to pull out go through the drive-thru again and stake my claim and with an attitude 🤔
