I've come to this KFC on 3 separate occasions and every single time there is a problem. They refused to give me my receipt, they refused to add on to my order, they have a bad attitude. I dont get it. If that job makes you so miserable why do you work there?! I wasted my money on food that wasn't even made how I asked. And then the attitude because I asked them to fix their mistake. Do NOT come to this location everything is a problem and everything bothers them I spent a little over 40 and it was money I wish I wouldn't have paid.

Staff ignored all customers in line for 30 minutes, only attended to people who slipped the line and yelled for their attention, did not have anyone's pick up orders ready, made me wait an hour just to tell me they don't have one of the items of my pickup order, refused to cancel it and told me I had cancel it myself despite me telling them I wouldn't because there would be a cancellation fee, kept insisting I had to cancel the order and wouldn't get charged a fee even after I held the phone up to show them that it was going to charge me a cancellation fee that was more than my order, did not listen to anything I said, kept unhygienic kitchen with food on the floor, no gloves for staff that was handling cash and food, and when I called Uber support to get a refund the agent tried to call the restaurant in order to tell them they had to cancel my order on their end and they didn't pick up the Uber agent's call. What a nightmare. It's always a problem with something at this location. They take forever, never have things ready on time, and this was the worst experience I've had here. Never coming back.

I always have a problem with this place i went Today to get my mom food she has cancer and is in hospice she is dying and does not eat much she goes 4 days without eating she always loved kfc we would go every Friday and we’d spend a lot today she asked me for kfc i was So happy she wanted to eat i rushed And went thru the drive thru the cashier name was Julibel i placed The order and asked her to add Nashville sauce she said no she couldn’t i begged and told Her please I’ll pay extra she said no i can Give you hot sauce my mom doesn’t like hot sauce i don’t get why i couldnt Be charged for something so simple as a sauce i waited 10 min for our food i ate my biscuit on the way home i havent Ate in days when i get Home my mom doesn’t have her biscuit it shows on the receipt it was added on my moms order the biscuit that she’s always loved and i felt So bad i don’t know why i didn’t check i just wanted to leave i cried alot i had to call my sister to calm me down i told My mom I’ll go back and she said no not to leave i always Have issues here i wont Be going back i will Go to another kfc just to make my mom happy on her last days with me people should be more empathetic

So I decided to get the mac and cheese bowl I go through the drive-thru they tell me that I had to wait for French fries pull out and park in the front 20 minutes have gone by and they still have not brought my fries 😩 I had to pull out go through the drive-thru again and stake my claim and with an attitude 🤔
