Every single time I come here they make a mistake with my order but I don’t make a big deal out of it because it’s an easy fix. Many times the food is great and fresh, but recently something has changed. I don’t know if they have a new staff or what. To start, yesterday they messed up my order and it was fixed no problem, however, when I bit into the chicken it was very off. Looked and tasted raw. I had to finish cooking it myself. I thought they probably just had a bad day and they let it slip so I didn’t call to complain. Today I ordered, and again, the order was wrong. After getting the correct food I went home and to my surprise the biscuits were not fully cooked! i could pull them apart and the inside would stretch like playdoh. The chicken the fine but the mash potatoes had a weird smell. I love KFC and they usually do good but lately it has not been it at all.

As far as KFC's go, this one isn't half bad. The food is hot and they are relatively efficient. However, KFC as a whole has become absurdly overpriced.
It is very uncomfortable to eat with people next to you asking for food and a bad smell, there is no security at all. We had to leave the place, not even the manager was aware of the situation.

Worst late night customer service!!! Bad attitude of the cashier!
Ordered online. Estimated time for pickup was 12 minutes short. So i had to wait in the parking lot like a dumb. Funny thing, the store was literally empty, only one customer.

Worst KFC in South Florida, stay away from this place on Hialeah Drive and go to any other KFC. The pieces are small, the prices are higher than other places. Ordered an all white chicken dinner and it came with two tiny chicken wings and a small breast. You can see right online that an all white is 2 BREAST and ONE WING!This place charges $15.72 if you get what they advertise for $12.49 STAY AWAY ! This KCF are thieves and should go out of business. SCAM
