Lisandro treated me very terrible, didn’t even try to listen to my request I ask for a famous bowl without corn & she gave me with corn & when I went back to tell her she did her job wrong she screamed at me & talked to me unprofessionally, definitely needs to be fired

After getting off work late, I went and ordered 12 piece spicy wings last night through drive thru with 2 sides. Paid $22 for the wings to not be fresh. They were refried and fried hard and dry. The mash potatoes tasted sour. I was not able to enjoy my food so I tossed it in the trash and went to McDonalds instead.

Lisandra the manager have a very bad attitude. I place an order online to pick up at 9:15 it’s now 9:57 and still it’s not ready. Also gave attitude suggesting to cancel my order when that shouldn’t been a response of not having my order ready. Never coming back to this place. Worst customer service. If I could give a zero start I would have done it.

Every single time I come here they make a mistake with my order but I don’t make a big deal out of it because it’s an easy fix. Many times the food is great and fresh, but recently something has changed. I don’t know if they have a new staff or what. To start, yesterday they messed up my order and it was fixed no problem, however, when I bit into the chicken it was very off. Looked and tasted raw. I had to finish cooking it myself. I thought they probably just had a bad day and they let it slip so I didn’t call to complain. Today I ordered, and again, the order was wrong. After getting the correct food I went home and to my surprise the biscuits were not fully cooked! i could pull them apart and the inside would stretch like playdoh. The chicken the fine but the mash potatoes had a weird smell. I love KFC and they usually do good but lately it has not been it at all.

As far as KFC's go, this one isn't half bad. The food is hot and they are relatively efficient. However, KFC as a whole has become absurdly overpriced.
It is very uncomfortable to eat with people next to you asking for food and a bad smell, there is no security at all. We had to leave the place, not even the manager was aware of the situation.
