This is the third time I go to the drive thru only to get back home and find food missing in the bag, with of course no receipt to show for it. Not to mention when you order uber eats from here food is also missing. The chicken tenders here are also extremely small. I’ll be going to popeyes from now on.

I just went, I ordered an order of 12 pieces of chicken, I ordered a thigh and I found (they looked like Creole chicken) super small, the bread was old and hard, all for $41.97, what a disappointment

Today I was with my family to eat at the KFC on 28 w and 68 I ordered a family combo and since I ordered it to eat with my family and they were already preparing to close at 8 pm they got upset they left me waiting for 30 minutes I went to ask for I had my food and they told me that there were 20 minutes left. I waited 20 minutes and they told me that there were 19 more minutes left. I sent for the managers Mario and he told me that I had to wait because the chicken had not been fried, supposedly that one. It is a fast food place, I don't understand how they can spend 1 hour and 10 minutes frying some pieces of chicken. If it bothers them to eat inside the establishment, they should remove the tables and leave only take-out and if they want to leave early, they close at 8 pm, terrible. attention of that place I do not recommend it to anyone, it's a shame such a large company has those types of people working
