Today I was with my family to eat at the KFC on 28 w and 68 I ordered a family combo and since I ordered it to eat with my family and they were already preparing to close at 8 pm they got upset they left me waiting for 30 minutes I went to ask for I had my food and they told me that there were 20 minutes left. I waited 20 minutes and they told me that there were 19 more minutes left. I sent for the managers Mario and he told me that I had to wait because the chicken had not been fried, supposedly that one. It is a fast food place, I don't understand how they can spend 1 hour and 10 minutes frying some pieces of chicken. If it bothers them to eat inside the establishment, they should remove the tables and leave only take-out and if they want to leave early, they close at 8 pm, terrible. attention of that place I do not recommend it to anyone, it's a shame such a large company has those types of people working

This store is the worst for ordering food online, I love eating KFC but it turns out that every time I order something online the product does not arrive complete, something is always missing, you contact the store and they answer you in a mocking manner , I have asked to speak with the manager and it is the same, she has the same attitude as her workers.
