Regarding the service, I do not have much to add, except that the quality of the service does not meet the standards one would reasonably expect from this restaurant. I placed my order online and, after approximately ten minutes, the Uber Eats app indicated that my order was ready for pickup. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the drive-thru was nearly empty, with only one vehicle ahead of me, and the dining area appeared completely empty. When I spoke to the cashier through the drive-thru speaker, I was informed—without being asked for my name or order details—that my order was not ready. Although the app showed the order as ready, I was told that the order had “just come in” and that I would need to wait an additional eight minutes. I followed the instruction and parked to wait. However, I waited approximately twelve minutes. When I returned through the drive-thru, I was again informed that I needed to wait longer, this time because the mac and cheese was not ready, and that it would require an additional seven to eight minutes. It is important to note that my scheduled pickup time was 9:24 p.m. At 9:45 p.m., I was still seated in my car and had not yet received my order, after being informed once again that I would need to wait several more minutes. What is most concerning is that at no point was I asked for my name or order information before being told to wait. It is difficult to understand how a nearly empty restaurant could require multiple extended wait times for such a simple order. Having previously worked in fast-food restaurants, I understand operational challenges. However, asking a customer to repeatedly wait for an online order in an empty restaurant reflects a lack of organization, efficiency, and professionalism in service.

Ordered a 8 piece chicken meal chicken was so dry they forgot the gravy for my mashed potatoes the had no fresh or hot biscuits this place is a total disgrace to the KFC name. Staff are very rude. This is The worst place ever

This is the third time I go to the drive thru only to get back home and find food missing in the bag, with of course no receipt to show for it. Not to mention when you order uber eats from here food is also missing. The chicken tenders here are also extremely small. I’ll be going to popeyes from now on.

I went on 2/23/2025 at 9:40 at night and they no longer had chicken nor did I want to, so this place is a problem and they make it very clear that they are open until 11 at night
