I purchased a pot pie, I went back to counter told customer servicem person. That pot was very dry and looked like it has been setting very long she looked at me like she was lost and don't do anything or asked let me what see what i can do. I went back tried to eat it. But was dry. Before I before i left asked for manager. I girl name claudia, which don't look like a manager, due to the way she responded she needs more training to being a manager . She has no experience how you take care of customer .I explained about the meal and she didn't respond and just looked at me and walked away. I am manager And manager needs to care of their customers. She has no idea doesn't how to take care of there customer or have any customer service experience. I wish her luck if she is really a manager. Very Bad service experience . I noticed how many one stars this location has. No wonder , like the say one bad apple can spoil the bunch.
