The window worker is very rude, she always has a bad attitude at any time. It is very true, customer service can stress you out, but if you don't know how to handle the public, I think you shouldn't work in these types of places.

I am highly disappointed in this Krispy Kreme location. It feels like we’ve all been fooled. The donuts are not made fresh here—instead, they’re prepared elsewhere, then reheated and glazed. Even if the hot light is on, it’s misleading because they’re not truly fresh. I should’ve taken a picture to show how misleading this is.
Chubby dude that looks homeless working the drive-thru at night (11pm) has a nasty attitude. No holiday donuts available, probably too lazy to make them. Donuts were stale, won’t be coming back for a while 🤮
