The person that helped me was not friendly at all. My first time in Miami And treated like i was intruding on her time. My order was wrong I asked for original glazed. And received original no glaze. Not happy at all

I just left this place after going through the drive-thru for the green glazed original donuts. They told me they only had 12 dozen left, so I said okay and took them. I get my donuts and they are TRASH — they tasted old and stale like they’d been sitting there all day!
So I turned around and went back to the window and politely told them the donuts were old and asked if I could get some fresh ones. Instead, they gave me regular glazed donuts… and guess what? Those tasted EVEN MORE OLD!
At that point I was completely done. This location clearly does NOT care about serving fresh food. If you’re looking for fresh donuts, DO NOT come here. Save your money and your time. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location again. Terrible experience.

I come to this Krispy crème and I’ve never had a problem but today ridiculous service. I asked for variety classic flavors and employee kept putting flavors that I didn’t ask for. You can tell the employee was getting frustrated with me but I mean I had to tell her 3 times to change them. Then I went to pay with $100 bill and I guess they need a supervisor to change it. “Gladys” was so unprofessional and confusing when it came to charging me.

This location never disappoints. The donuts are fresh and the staff is attentive and caring. When I usually visit the manager is Tania who is the nicest person, but yesterday it was later in the day and I had the pleasure of being helped by Rose. I picked up several dozen for my daughter's birthday and she added a cute happy birthday hand written note. Always a pleasure to visit this Krispy Kreme.

Came for the 75th Anniversary Snoopy/Peanuts' donuts 🍩 but the Baker stole my heart 💜 she was a blast, I wish I could remember her name. She gave customer service another level of fun 🎉 😍! We took these babies home 🏡, but some were devoured on the way😂 The Snoopy donuts were AMAZING 🤩 💯 💕 of course-they're Krispy Kreme♥️❣️

I just went through the drive thru and experienced amazing customer service. I wish I would’ve gotten the persons name. It was a female, hair tied up, super sweet and lovely work attitude! She deserves to be recognized for that!
The Waiting time is horrible many times they don't have the doughnuts you want and don't dare to go close to midnight because they will actually tell you to wait 20 minutes.

I just bought an assorted box on sale at this store. First of all, they didn't have a variety of flavors, only a few. I had to pay an extra 40 cents for each donut I wanted, and when I tried the Biscoff flavor, it had no cream in it at all; I only paid extra for dough. I'm very disappointed. I'm leaving this review for other shoppers 😞
