The Waiting time is horrible many times they don't have the doughnuts you want and don't dare to go close to midnight because they will actually tell you to wait 20 minutes.

I just bought an assorted box on sale at this store. First of all, they didn't have a variety of flavors, only a few. I had to pay an extra 40 cents for each donut I wanted, and when I tried the Biscoff flavor, it had no cream in it at all; I only paid extra for dough. I'm very disappointed. I'm leaving this review for other shoppers đ

TANIA the lady who works in the morning is extremely rude and unprofessional. Slammed box of doughnuts on the counter all because I came back to tell her the order was wrong and they didnât wanna understand my point of view. Instead, she has a lot of back talk and doesnât wanna hear the customer out. Iâll be calling corporate cause thatâs unacceptable.

Got email advertising dozen donuts $2.00. Get there and dinning room had store supplies every where. I asked for the advertised special and was told I would have to buy a dozen at regular price ($15.00) to qualify for a $2 dozen. I showed them the advertising on my cellphone, which had no mention of buy a dozen donuts at regular price. False advertising...

Krispy keme is to expensive. Its cheaper to buy them individually than by the half dozen. The employees will literally talk themselves out of a job. This location won't be open in a year. Its cheaper to buy them at Publix is just bad business.

I wish I can give 10 stars to the manager at this location. I had an issue with my online order and she went above and beyond to rectify the problem and I greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service. I will definitely recommend this location for the fresh doughnuts and service. She is a phenomenal manager.

They lie about the promotions and charge customers twice, i went and was charged twice with the buy one get one for $ 2 on labor day, i didnât went back cuz i was not going to make the hole line again just for that but they need to stop lying to customers.
