So honestly, the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in Miami. I’ve lived here for 15 years and I’ve worked in hospitality. The price, the quality, and the attention to detail is way above my expectations. Leo is amazing!

Absolutely delicious! A hidden gem! Service was phenomenal, our waiter (he had glasses) was so professional and kind. He gave us recommendations, and we went with all of them, none of them disappointed. The food was delicious, and overall, the restaurant and its vibes make you forget about the location (which could be better). Overall, I would definitely come back. Merci

Food was wonderful. My fiancé and I come here all the time. I understand we didn’t have a reservation but were told we could sit outside. We waited 15 minutes for menus. Then the waiter gave us attitude. We finished eating and after 30 minutes of sitting outside with no service - we ended up going in. The waiter came outside and said “I never think to check outside to see if anyone needs anything.”

It’s a shame for such a local institution to have such careless service.

I’ve always loved this spot, it’s quaint, service has always been great, and the food is divine. That is until today. Very unfortunate to have to take one of my favorite spots off my rotation.

As soon as we walked into a 95% empty dining room, we were lectured about needing a reservations. Instead of a friendly welcoming service, we were met with a dismissive attitude that was very off putting. We were told we could be squeezed into a small table, mind you we were two guests. Before even sitting the host/waiter sternly warned us that they needed the table vacated within 2 hours. I never planned to stay remotely close to 2 hours, but the interaction had soured the dinner to the point that we left without sitting. Because I wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt, I checked online to see if they were incredibly busy in terms of reservations…. They had a reservations available within 15 minutes, spanning the entirety of the night.

Needless to say I’m very disappointed in the spot. I try to always only leave positive reviews, but this service deemed a review. I understand that the restaurant goes for a Parisian ambience, but we’ve received more welcoming service on a busy day in Paris than today in Hialeah.

I had very high expectations from this place, but they disappointed. The escargot and the onion soup were good but the steak and frites wasn’t, the steak had a fishy flavor and very oily. They served our meal for the table next to us and the server didn’t even apologize even though that make our dishes delayed more than 20 minutes.

This is a great restaurant. We've gone several times and it never disappoints. The ambiance is very French! There is soft music playing in the background. Our server, Iris was great! To start we had a guava Bellini and a glass of wine. For our entrees, I ordered the special of the day, which was a short rib with farro risotto and a fried egg-it was outstanding! My husband had the croque madam sandwich with fries and it looked really good. We shared a half French press coffee, a creme brullee and a crepe suzzete- all were delicious! I'd definitely recommend this restaurant. I do suggest that you do make a reservation.

Nice little French restaurant is the middle of Hialeah. The menu is small, and a bit pricey. The food was all very good. The wine list was nice, but also pricey.

The vibe is interesting. It’s a small place. It had these very ornate mismatched chairs and elaborate wall art. That’s what gives it the french vibe. There are a lot of cheeses on the menu for appetizer. I got the steak frites and it was awesome. Service was good. Parking lot is tiny.

We had an excellent dining experience at La Fresa Francesa. We started our meal with two incredible appetizers: the rich and decadent torchon de foie gras and the perfectly prepared escargot bourgogne. They were both excellent and paired wonderfully with a sparkling wine. For the main course, we chose the special of the day, an Australian Wagyu ribeye. The steak was cooked perfectly medium-rare and was full of flavor. The meal was espectacular, and the sides also great. My favorite side truffle fries. To finish, we enjoyed the chocolate pot de crème for dessert, which was a delicious and fitting end to our dinner. The server was great throughout the evening, but we especially appreciated the service from Sandy, who was very attentive at all times. We can't wait to come back!

Just dined here with my wife and a some friends for the first time. I almost cancelled the reservation due to a few bad reviews, but I'm glad I didn't. The environment was comforting and each dish we all had was excellent. Not sure what the deal is with the other reviewers, but nothing smelled or tasted off putting. The only downside I would say was the wine menu, it's steeply priced for bottles you can purchase at fraction of the cost elsewhere, but we enjoyed a bottle anyways. It's all comfort food and felt at home here. Hope future visits are always up to par.

We had:
- Stake & Frites (steak was cooked to perfection, very tender, we were pleasantly surprised)
- Arugula Salad (Fresh & zesty)
- Scallops with black rice (tasted fresh, great flavor)
- Duck with Truffle Barley Risotto (I personally have never liked duck until tasting this. Excellent dish.)
- French Onion soup
- Some sort of Fondue special of the day.
- Guava crepes and Creme brulee)

Quality ingredients and dishes, open for over a decade now because it’s delicious French spot right in middle of Hialeah. Never disappoints, my favorite brunch spot.
