My experience every time I pass by has been very disappointing. There are two ladies who seem to get frustrated whenever the bakery gets busy. A long line formed, and the person in charge of the cake section ended up making coffees and tostadas. Meanwhile, the front staff didn’t help me until 25 minutes later, after I’d been standing there feeling stupid waiting for assistance. One of them was inside preparing an order, and I could even hear some arguments coming from the back.

I constantly frequent the place because the sweets are delicious... But they always tell me that I can't choose the one I want, because according to the manager you have to sell the sweets in the order they are... I don't make sense of this, I'm The customer, I am the one who is paying for the service and I think they should sell me the candy I want regardless of the order they are in. I hope they do not retaliate against the employees. This reminds me of Cuba when the government forced us to do what they said... I would like a response from the owner. I recommend this candy store to everyone in the US.

Not everyone is perfect. Delicious sweets but terrible service. Nothing is imposed on the client, they are given what they ask for without much fuss, politely. The client is not always right but I know that in this comment I am right.
