The worst service I have ever seen in Miami. Last night I went at 10:30 at night and ordered a bean soup with rice. I went with a friend and we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant. The waitress never came to the table to welcome us, nor give us the menu, much less water. I had to stop and ask him if he could help us. When we order the food, it arrives super cold within 20 minutes. I didn't say come on because I already saw that she was talking to another classmate and making jokes. The rice was very hard. You could tell it was the scrape of the pot. I had to stop two more times, once to tell him to give me more water and the last to ask him for the bill because he didn't even ONE SINGLE go to the table to see how things were. He spent time gossiping with the other lady at the bar. Lugo gives me the ticket to pay and she chooses the 20% tip herself without telling me anything. It was a very bad experience and I will NEVER return to that place. WORK!!!!! I am a business owner and if I have an employee like that I prefer to close the place!
