I have to admit, I usually look for good Salvadorian food when I travel. I heard so much about La Pupusa Factory in Hialeah that we had to drop by and try it while visiting my cousin. Unfortunately, I was disappointed the pupusas are over priced, almost $4 for the small once, more if you want it on rice flour. They have three different sizes of pupusas. The pupusas didn't have a lot of flavor. The young lady that helped us was very attentive at first but didn't follow up once we got the food. The restaurant was pretty cold temperature wise as well. I'm sure the people in the kitchen benefit from the cool temperature inside but it was a bit too much for a mostly empty eating space. The jugos were actually really good and tasty, I would definitely recommend them. But as far as pupusas there are much better places in Florida for a lot less cost.

The food is awesome, everything on the menu is delicious,if your looking for a good salvadoran food experience this is the place, the prices are also right, not expensive at all,and the portions are big,the service is not all there but you can work around that,in all, highly recommend this joint.

Was visiting family from Cali, decided to visit this place. Reasonably priced and decent. I say decent because while I throughly enjoyed the tamal de elote (Sweet Corn Tamale), the seafood soup was not as good as I remembered years ago when visiting. Definitely above average from Salvadoran restaurants you would find in So Cal. Very sizable menu as well. Service was decent as well. I guess the definitive question is "Would I go back?" Yes, I would.Parking: Easy to Find

The restaurant is not bad ?♂️ the only bad thing is having holidays where everyone wants to spend time with the family where everyone has their day off, the owner of the place decides not to give his workers a social life and makes them work until holidays just for wanting to fill his pockets more he doesn't care if his workers are doing well terrible boss

Very bad service. Didn’t received chips like everyone else until we asked for them three times. Order a Caldo de gallina and the leg was raw. Server never came back to check on us. They left my daughter without her plate. After asking it was when we received her food. The restaurant has a smell of dirtiness.
