To the management of the Ignacio tavern establishment, I think they are referring to tourism taxes and tips for 5-star restaurants, but you have to know that they are in Hialeah, a city that is not for tourism because the majority of its inhabitants are workers and retired. who at some point want to go to a restaurant with the family for celebration occasions, I think it is not fair to charge taxes and tips that do not fit the area and if management applies those charges for convenience...
We had an amazing lunch at Taberna de San Ignacio! The food and service were top-notch. We started with fresh tapas boquerones with olive oil that were super tender and beautifully presented, and chorizo al vino that was perfectly marinated and flavorful. The piquillo peppers stuffed with ropa vieja were a delightful fusion of Cuban and Spanish cuisine.The passion fruit mojitos and regular mojitos were a hit with my guests, and we all loved the seafood paella, which was tasty,...
The place is very nice,the waitresses where super ,the pulpo al ajillo was super good, the only thing that didn't impress me was la paella negra it was just rice with calamari, two bite sides of fish and one shrimp but other (over priced) other than that ir was very good.
