Ever go to a place and wish you could give it more then a 5 star review? I did today when we ate at Limon y Cilantro. We started with the shrimp and cheese empanada...what a delicate, tasty treat! Most empanadas out are never like yours or abuela. We then had the tostones abd chicarones, phenomenal... our entrées were the shrimp Monfongo and the ropa vieja, we were blown away. The freshness and flavors were extraordinary. I see many meals here in the future

If you're looking for delicious, healthy food in a beautiful restaurant with the loveliest owners, visit Limon & Cilantro. Everything was perfection from the coffee, to the empanadas, mangu, and longanisa. I need to come back to try the queso frito. There's nothing better than leaving a restaurant feeling satiated with quality food prepared with love.

Was there on Saturday night and enjoyed a delicious meal withis meal with karaoke. The mofongo...or trifongo I had with shrimp (combo of green plantains, ripe plantains and yuca) was delicious! I The bandeja combo was delish too...fried cheese, pork, sausage, tostones and more...Under new management and the phone continues to be great. It is a small place in Hialeah but it is a great choice.. Family atmosphere and informal as well.

Wow! This place is amazing!I felt like I walked in to my tia or grandma's house.The customer service is impeccable and the food was delicious. I wish I could have tried more dishes but the portions are HUGE. We tried the mofongo, the parrillada and the chuleta can can.Non of us could not finish.I can not wait to come back.
