I’m not one to usually leave negative reviews unless the experience seriously warrants a negative review, and I feel like my negative experience has to be shared. I spent more than 30 minutes waiting for my order even after receiving a notification on the app stating that the order was completed. The staff (two young women who were likely in their teens or early 20s) gave my order to someone else and did not tell me what had happened or apologize for the delay. Even after receiving my order over 30 minutes later, they did not provide the two sauces I had purchased in my order. Absolutely terrible experience and it was really frustrating.

I placed my order online and arrived at the scheduled pickup time, but I was made to wait for over an hour. On top of that, I received the wrong order. This delay caused a major disruption to my day.
Additionally, the staff did not speak any English and ignored me when I tried to explain the issue. It was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t have the same experience.

I would love to know, whats the point of staying open later, when your staff refuses to work? Your overhead is larger and selling less? After spending all evening in the hospital with a sick child, your employee refused to make the pizza my son wanted, because it was 30 minutes to closing.

I love ordering pizza here, it's very economical and it serves as a quick solution. I recommend having it made to your liking with extra cheese since the normal ones have too much sauce and it gives it an acidic taste and very little cheese. The store is always clean. The attention is courteous but a smile, a good afternoon, welcome doesn't hurt.
I really like the pizzas there...and the garlic rolls, ufff delicious.

This is the busiest Little Caesars I have ever been to. Melanie was a "BOSS" handling the walk-in customers, Uber orders, and running the register. She even took the time to assist a deaf patron. Employees like this are hard to find. She is truly an asset to this Little Ceasars.
