Twice now in the past month I have ordered 2 hours in advance and when I get there at the scheduled time, they haven't even started the order. Ended up canceling twice. Horrible service at the counter.
Divery driver drove all around my complex and could not find my house. So they canceled my order when he went back to the store. There are specific delivery instructions on my order. You cannot call the driver either way. This has happened before a few times so when they are over 30 minutes late the pizza is cold. Very poor delivery service.

I came in to buy 1cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza . I only had a $100 bill and unfortunately I did not have a smaller bill (they do not accept bills over $20) I placed my order online while at the store. Oscar, the guy at the register refused to give me the pizza that was already available and gave my pizza to the person behind me and made me wait an additional 10minutes because I now "placed it online and had to wait". Two walk in customers walked in and ordered the exact same thing I did and he gave them the pizzas he knew I was waiting on. CRAPPY customer service. He could have given me the order and cleared it in the system.

Bad service and terrible attention Today, Saturday, December 14, I ordered a pizza with double pineapple and it was a disaster. I barely had any pineapple, even though I paid extra. The worst thing was the attitude of the cashier, who ignored me when I asked him if that was really the additional amount I asked for. Bad customer service and lack of respect. I don't plan to return.

Worst place!!!! I place the order by phone 1 hour ago to pick them at 6pm and they place in their system to be picked up at 6:30pm, they made me wait for the pizzas they don't even want to give me the ones that have ready, they make me wait 30 minutes!!!
Very bad experience, the waiting time they gave me was 45 minutes and when I go to get the pizzas they tell me 20 more minutes... there I told them to give me my money back and they don't want to cancel the order either.

They have a bathroom but only for employees only. Why not put a sign and let people know rather than making them wait to ask a manager who ends up saying its for employees only.
