Very very disappointed and very very bad service from the rep as cashier didnāt know what he was talking about trying to charge $3 dollars for extra garlic and Parmesan on the crazy bread when other locations only charge .60cents. What a thief very disappointed. What a joke. Will make sure I let everyone know to be careful with this location. Trying to over charge for things he knows itās not that high of a charge. What ridiculousness.

I arrive and am told my pizza will be ready soon. I could you not i stood there for about 40 minutes before my pizza was finally ready.
And not to mention the horrible and rude employees mainly the manager Jackeline
She has no manners, and treats guests like peasants Not to mention her whining to the staff as loud as she possibly can, even with a mask on she is loud and obnoxious as can be. Horrible experience overall. Do not recommend

I ordered my pizza on the app. It says it would be ready in one hour. Fine I showed up at the time it should have been done and they tell me another 15 min. Yet Iām watching people walk in and buy and get pizza right away. I didnāt even order anything that crazy (pun intended). It was one cheese one pepperoni and crazy bread! Waiting an hour and a half for a pick up order is unacceptable

The manager was super rude ( white male , brown hair , with a white shirt) he was very rude to me when I came back and told them my order was wrong and they told me theyāll change it and when I went again they told me Iāll get a refund form the other pizza and charge me for another pizza I was gonna get a refund I havenāt , Iām js saying thereās no point of being rude to your costumer I didnāt come in making a scene or anything but just sadly service

Twice now in the past month I have ordered 2 hours in advance and when I get there at the scheduled time, they haven't even started the order. Ended up canceling twice. Horrible service at the counter.
