Did a pick up of chicken quesadillas today and I was extremely disappointed. They were over cooked and only the top ones had the crushed chips and sauces. Definitely not the food I am used to. The quality of food has decreased

Went here with two other people. For what you get in regards to the price, I'd say this place is pretty worth it! I personally ordered the Chicken Bacon Kebab w/French Fries and Tomato/Lettuce. It was pretty fulfilling and well cooked. The waiters are really nice and understanding to explain certain items from the menu if necessary. The place itself is pretty small inside so it might get pretty hard to get a seat if there's a lot of people. Thankfully, it didn't happen to us on a Sunday around 6PM. If you're looking for a quick restaurant like experience (we had originally thought it was more so keen to Fast Food), would definitely recommend. You can also order online too to skip wait times and pick up.

I called to place an order for pickup because I was close by and had kids in the car, but they still refused to take my order. They said they only take orders with immediate payment, yet they didn’t even explain how to do it. The person who answered the phone sounded like they had zero desire to work, like they were there for free. I ended up going anyway, and I still had to wait because they didn’t have my order ready. The guy there was trying to act like nothing was wrong when they know it’s a huge lack of respect. Who places an order just to not pick it up? And if someone doesn’t pick it up, they can’t sell it to anyone else anyway—just like the cold meat they serve that they can’t even heat properly. Honestly, this is not the Los Verdes I used to know. I don’t recommend going, and I don’t think I’ll ever return. And I’m not giving them 0 stars only because I’m forced to give at least one.🤮🤮🤮

I ordered to go, I normally used to order Los verdes in Kendall bc I used to live there. I don’t think I’d come back here tho lol. The girl in the front looked annoyed I asked for sauces. I’m paying $70 for food…. For three people. I ask for green sauce and pineapple sauce and she literally gave me one of each. The Los verdes in Kendall would ALWAYS at least put some in the bag, AND TWO OF EACH ONTOP OF THE EXTRA WE’D ASK FOR. And let you know when you asked like btw we did put some! Came home NO EXTRA SAUCES. Ridiculous. One of each like if it was a chore for her and came out of her paycheck. I’ve worked food service before and it was never that serious when someone asked for sauces. Enough said about this place. Food was great, service not so great.
