I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but the one time I needed customer service, the owner refused to offer any assistance or solution. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to side with their employee rather than support a long-time client. Very disappointing experience. Don’t buy here.

FOOD: Excellent and delicious, my favorite spot in Hialeah for NY style pizza, sold both by the slice and by the pie. Thin crust and good cheese and sauce. 5/5
SERVICE: Friendly staff, specially the owner. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive. 5/5
RESTAURANT: Very VERY small, sits only 3-4 people inside on small bar stools and 2-3 small tables outside. Would recommend taking food with you and eating elsewhere. 4/5
This is the best pizza place in Hialeah! Pizza is amazing, staff is nice and friendly. Weekdays they have lunch specials that are inexpensive and delicious 10/10 I recommend

I ordered wings & they were extremely small like tiny bites. The pasta carbonar was terrible!!! The baked ziti with meat sauce was also horrible. I don't understand this was last Sunday the food is usually great. I'm thinking that they probably had a bad day or changed the cook. Idk if I should ever order from there again. I tried reaching out to the owner so I wouldn't have to leave a review, but no answer. So everyone before they order just ask if the cook is the same & if the wings are miniature or normal size cause there's nothing worse than to pay regular price for these small to nothing wings.
