I called to place an order for imperial rice for an event, and the lady was very rude. I'm assuming because I don't speak Spanish. I thought it was a mistake and called back and she told me they didn't have it...but my friend called and spoke Spanish and they told her they did. This is Miami!! All cultures eat food of others..they will never get my $

Food is decent, but they are prejudice to people that they assume do not speak Spanish. One worker turned to ask for my order but quickly turned around when she noticed I wasn’t Hispanic and muttered something to the other woman standing next to her. The other worker approached after “sucking her teeth” with an attitude on her face to take my order. It’s a shame, because my coworkers recommended this place as we work nearby. Perhaps I should share my experience with my them.

The customer service is impeccable—**Yanko, the manager, along with Dailin**, provided outstanding service and made sure everything was perfect.
Now, let's talk about the food: simply spectacular. I tried the **boliche**, and it was bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and juicy, and the chorizo stuffing added an incredible touch. The portions are generous, and every bite is an explosion of authentic Cuban flavors. You can't miss the rice with black beans, which complements any main dish perfectly!
To top it off, the desserts are amazing. The coconut flan is, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. They also serve Cuban coffee, which is the perfect final touch to a memorable meal.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience the true essence of Cuban cuisine. I will definitely be coming back soon!

Diner -like vibe. Customer service was unparalleled. Sophia or Stephanie was awesome. I don't speak Spanish, and she seemed to be one of the few, if not the only English speaking person. She was amazing. Quick, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Food was very good, albeit standard Cuban style deli type meal, but so good. That's my favorite type of food.
It's homemade tasting from your favorite Spanish grandma.
