how do i order a $5 mcchicken meal and you forget the mcchicken. thats the main part of the meal. a so called fast food restaurant that took 15 minutes to prepare my order and they still forgot. made sure i got my sauce but not my mcchicken

McDonald's is always McDonald's. The food was ok, but they didn't have the golden sauce and they didn't remove it from the screen menu, just didn't include it on my meal. When I went to ask for it, I was informed they ran out. At some point all the attendants were inside but 1, who was talking entertaining 2 friends meanwhile the line was adding up. Cleanliness was not at its best, but it wasn't gross neither. Out of the 3 game tablets they have, just one works fine. In general a very mediocre experience.

I've always have come to this McDonald's on my way to work and they always have my order on point but this morning on my way to work I stopped at the McDonald's and ordered the big breakfast with sausage and a large coffee and I found that not only the sausage and eggs where cold but the hotcakes where cold as if they where straight out of the refrigerator
They gave me my breakfast with tampered and half-opened items, we are talking early in the morning. And then they ask you, what happened?? without apologizing or showing the client the regret for what happened.

I ordered a McDouble, a McChicken and some fries. First off, the fries were good, if slightly lukewarm. About what I expected. Good in a pinch, on the road. The mcdouble was poorly sauced, the pickle distribution was embarassing and I found the patty and bun both very "stale" tasting. "Dry" is really the one word review I can give there. Bang for your buck in terms of calories, but didn't scratch that "fried fast food" itch. The star here was the McChicken - despite the lowest effort mayo spread job I've ever seen in my life, the taste was light years fresher than the McDouble and handily surpassed my expectations. Would order that again.
Overall, I will say that I was mostly right - mediocre food at an increasingly higher price. On a road trip perhaps enjoyable. After a few beers and a long night, serviceable. But I can't imagine even semi regularly eating this and enjoying it. The real draw is probably like Starbucks - consistency. You can travel most parts of the country and expect roughly the same product. That being said, I have to give it 6-6.5/10 (in terms of fast food)
