My bad experience was with the manager, she treated me rudely when I asked for a coffee refill. She handed me black coffee never ask me if I wanted cream and sugar. I asked for cream and sugar she made a face rolled her eyes and gave me a spoon of sugar. I asked for some cream and she made a face again. As soon as I asked if she was the manager and she replied yes, she sort of changed her behavior.
Managers lead by example and she is a bad example for her employees.
