this is the worst experience i have had in a mcdonald’s i got 2 mccrispy burnt as hell i got a coke and they gave me dr pepper. gave me a bag full of items to the point it was breaking horrible

Terrible experience. To begin with, they didn't have everything we ordered, and they wanted to change our order. Okay, we accepted what they had, but then they didn't give us plates to stay on. They served us in bags so we would leave. I absolutely do not recommend this place. My experience is real, today, November 8, 2025. Don't go to this place.

Great attention from Manager and getting my breakfast order out on time and with care. I order 20 mcgriddles in the AM and they have done a good job prepping and service.

Everything started with a pumpking spice latte. I ask for it, but they didn't have it. Then I move forward just to realize I could have had a hot chocolate. Moreover I ask for it this morning(Nov-5 at 8 am). They had to walk out to give me the hot chocolate. I noticed it has a lot of weapcream on the little opening but it was closed. As a drove away I opened the cup and it exploded on my face staining my glasses, my face, my hair, the window of my car, and the back of my seat. When I got to my job I noticed the back seat was also stain and the passengers seat. It was a bad prank. If a crazy person gets this prank is going to be painful for the workers. Because they could go back and do something bad to you all. You never know who is who.

I showed the worker an African American female who only spoke Spanish could not communicate to me in English my app where it clearly said I would receive a monopoly sticker if I ordered a certain food item. She did not want to listen to me. I am not sure if she wasn’t educated or just having a bad day or what’s to keep my reward for herself but she began to give an attitude and tell me these do not bring stickers. I ordered from the monopoly menu and made sure it would include a sticker. This is the only reason I ordered this and she says that none of those come with stickers and she did not care what the app said. She made me feel very uncomfortable and was denying me my reward. I will not be going to this McDonalds again. I have had this experience before with much simpler things. Just save yourself the trouble and go to somewhere else that’s close by if you want your food and order done right. I feel very disrespected and will be contacting my lawyer for the false advertisement and reimbursement on the items that did not have what was advertised and promised. I hope not taking the time to do the right thing was worth it and being disrespectful to someone who is just trying to get what they paid for is never ok. I will never give this McDonalds my money again. I will go to Burger King as I always do which is close by and always friendly. This is what I get for switching it up and giving them a shot I already knew the answer to. They do not try to hire good workers only people who cannot follow simple directions and want to do the bare minimum and expect you to deal with it.

I placed my order through the app and when the app told me that my order was ready...I went to the counter to pick up my order and it turned out that they hadn't finished it and I had to wait about 10 minutes because they were serving at the checkout and they didn't finish my order. Very bad customer service

Very bad service, the employees, I just went today at 8:50 on 12/19/2024, the employees do not have any education or a good night, very rude, I think people have to re-educate themselves, they gave me something that I didn't even ask for, really, very bad review with regarding the treatment and the order

Bad service, you get up early to eat a delicious breakfast at 5:15 and you don't see anyone oh, a man cleaning and he doesn't tell them that there is a car outside waiting, bad attitude so early, that's what the boat brought nothing professional, please serve customers better and more so those at 5 am who have to wait for their beautiful patience to be attended to. Thank you and of course I would not go to this place again, I do not recommend it 😉

In that mcdonal they are dedicated to taking your card number and passing the number to another person and taking the money from your account, it happened to me on October 19, 2024 at the 8 in the morning shift, be very careful.?? ??
