I placed my order through the app and when the app told me that my order was ready...I went to the counter to pick up my order and it turned out that they hadn't finished it and I had to wait about 10 minutes because they were serving at the checkout and they didn't finish my order. Very bad customer service

Very bad service, the employees, I just went today at 8:50 on 12/19/2024, the employees do not have any education or a good night, very rude, I think people have to re-educate themselves, they gave me something that I didn't even ask for, really, very bad review with regarding the treatment and the order
Bad service, you get up early to eat a delicious breakfast at 5:15 and you don't see anyone oh, a man cleaning and he doesn't tell them that there is a car outside waiting, bad attitude so early, that's what the boat brought nothing professional, please serve customers better and more so those at 5 am who have to wait for their beautiful patience to be attended to. Thank you and of course I would not go to this place again, I do not recommend it 😉

In that mcdonal they are dedicated to taking your card number and passing the number to another person and taking the money from your account, it happened to me on October 19, 2024 at the 8 in the morning shift, be very careful.?? ??

This is the closest McDonald's to where I live, but I avoid coming to this one at all costs. They never fill out the frappes up to where it's supposed to be, therefore, if you pay for a large frappe, they the content corresponds to a medium one, and if you pay for a medium one, you actually get a small one. I've tried all possible was, with and with whipped cream. And if you dare to talk to one of the employees about it, they roll their eyes and give you an attitude.

What a bad service, what a filthy place, today I went by mistake this afternoon and inside you can hear the workers discussing bad service and a delay of an hour and this has been happening for years, I don't recommend it, this macdonalds doesn't work

Barbara the manager is the worst manager I’ve ever seen in the history of managers. I frequent this location because I have 3 kids who always want McDonald’s and unfortunately every single time I have a horrible experience. One time, Barbara forgot one of my fries so when I showed them the receipt she threw in a med fry container with 5 fries in it. I got so mad I got off my car and came inside and she accused me of eating the fries from the drive thru to the parking space. Today my daughter asked for some garlic sauce or something and the look on Barbara’s face was disgusting. She and all the rest of them need to go back to Cuba. Ridiculous that we have to deal with this type of customer service. I am a manager at a huge nationwide brand and this is completely unacceptable. Not to mention, they never put salt on the fries. NEVER!
Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The lady who manages this location desperately needs a basic refresher on customer service or should be fired due to her sheer incompetence. While all these issues are true, the way she treated her staff was absolutely appalling!
Here is some background on what led me to take the time to write this review:
I went through the drive-thru to place an order. The McDonald's app was advertising a coupon for "a free large fries with any purchase." I gave the cashier my coupon code, and my phone alerted me that the coupon had been received.
The cashier then informed me, "The coupon has already been used." I replied, "That is impossible as I haven't been to McDonald's today and my phone just alerted me that the coupon was accepted by you."
The cashier continued, "We have been having issues with our system today, I am sorry."
I responded, "Well, that's fine. This coupon is for a large fries. Can you please honor it?" He was reluctant but said he would tell his manager and assured me I would receive the large fries.
I then paid for my food at the first window and spoke to the cashier again, mentioning, "I will receive the large fries, correct?" He said "Yes," and proceeded to tell his manager.
I received my food and opened the bag to find everything except the large fries. Stunned, I told the lady, "Excuse me, you're missing an item." She didn't speak English and got the original cashier.
I said to him, "Where are my large fries? You said I would get them. They are being advertised, and I paid for them as the coupon was received and you explicitly said I would receive what McDonald's is advertising."
The cashier said, "My manager didn't want to honor it."
I then asked to speak with the manager. He was reluctant but tried the coupon again. For the second time, the coupon went through, and their system 'glitched'.
I insisted, "Please get your manager as this doesn't make any sense."
When the manager came over, she was extremely rude. Although she didn't speak English, her tone and demeanor were clear—she was yelling at me. The poor cashier, in an attempt to resolve the situation, offered me a medium fries.
I explained, "I don't want a medium. I expect to receive what I paid for under the coupon's agreement."
She continued to yell at me, refusing to honor the coupon for the large fries.
She was willing to hold up a car line during peak dinner service over something that was entirely McDonald's fault. This is utterly ridiculous.
Please consider this carefully when deciding to spend your money and time at this McDonald's until they address the clear issues with their manager.
