The worst McDonald's of all; more than 40 minutes for some fries and a hot Mocha; after waiting they give me a mocha frappe; which I didn't order because it's cold; they didn't have to replace it; then another 30 minutes for the refund. The manager doesn't know how to manage the shift during rush hour. Really bad service

I came because it was the one closest to me but I won't come to this place again because the service is bad and I placed an order and I put my # on the table and if I don't go to ask they will never bring it to me and my order was also lost and they had lost it Leaving it close to where the fries are served there, it's unimportant, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, I don't know why they don't put order there or they change the bosses who have that bad customer service.

I don't understand why have people that doesn't speak English taking order requirements should be bilingual. I understand is in Hialeah but we are in America I paid 20 dollars for 2 plain bagels when I ordered with sausage I repeated the order 3 times . Also phone number listed not working so do I get in contact with the manager
