This place is horrible!!! Everyone gives a you a nattitude and they are not profesional at all. I got ice cream and they gave it to me sloppy and melted.

Unfortunately the service in this McDonald's is probably the worst I have ever experienced in visiting a restaurant. I asked a employee to help me ring up my order with my wife and son by my side but unbeknownst to me the employee was leaving work so it bothered him I asked. This rude employee began to do hand gestures and talk loud at me in Spanish. I asked if the other gentleman was a manager and he said he was the store GM. The apparent young heavy set GM was even more rude when I told him that his employee was rude. I knew he wasn't the GM when I asked him to speak English. The heavy set young man started talking loud and amazing rude hand gestures with his hands and embarrassed me when two times threatened to call the police on for me complaining about the service and not delivering my child happy meal after I purchased the order. I expect accountability and an apology. My child is a spectrum kid a has autism. He was very distraught over this horrible experience visiting this store. I asked this young apparently the GM employee twice for his name and refused and did not wear his name badge or removed it when I first asked.

if you asked the employees to recite the alphabet they would somehow miss A, 9 times out of 10 i have an item missing when I order. Very sloppy work.

The service at this place is horrendous especially at the second window in drive thru. They have no manners at all.

Thru the drive thru check your order before living window often missing items or wrong place in order. Service may be hard for English speaking customers, most of employees do not speak english.

I gave them 2 on food because I requested my fries not salt. And they had. I asked the manager who was giving the orders and she said it didn't

No matter what time of day or night doesn't matter if there is 1 person in line or 10 they always make you wait they either never have enough staff or food made its closest to me but I can drive further order.my food and get back before I even order here outrageous nobody was in drive thru im only vehicle and they park me and as other vehicles pull in they are being parked with the restaurant having maybe 2 people inside why does this happen here all the timen

This location needs a complete re-training or something because everything is horrible. Management is unprofessional and the staff followers the same example. The fountain drink stand is non functional as if they just turned it off to no have the Inconvenience of doing there job and maintaining it. The washrooms are absolutely disgusting with urine all over the toilet seats, walls and floor. There was no soap in the soap dispenser awell with both sinks filthy aswell. We decided to dine in and chose the option where the staff would bring the food to the table but instead they yelled out my table number in Spanish and I had to get up and grab the food myself, mind you I am with a four month old and a three year old so now im being Inconvenienced so that they dont have to. Plus they put all my food in a takeout bag which causes the contents inside to mess around inside and on top of that they forget some items of my order like a six pieces chicken nuggets and the sauces. I come to realize in the one visit that the staff including management do everything to not do there job and when they need to, they give the customer attitude or just express a lack wanting to serve/help.

I never write reviews—ever. Usually, even if a place has bad service, food, or environment, I just let it go and move on. The only time I post a review is when a place is really exceptional. But after so many issues with my neighborhood McDonald’s, I’ve finally had enough.
This location is on a busy street near a highway where people are constantly getting on and off. You would think service here would be reliable, but it has been the opposite. Their ice cream machine is always broken, the service has consistently been poor, and every visit lately seems to come with a new problem.
Last week, I stopped by for a sandwich and was told they were only taking cash. I brushed it off. But what happened today was unacceptable and honestly rude. I sat in the drive-thru for about five minutes with no response. I figured they were just busy—staffing issues happen, and I respect that. To make it easier, I even placed my order through the McDonald’s app for drive-thru pickup, thinking it would save everyone time.
I pulled up to the speaker again—nothing. I drove to the first window—no one. I drove to the second window and saw employees walking around. I waved, I honked four times, and they completely ignored me. They were clearly aware I was there since they have cameras, yet no one acknowledged me at all.
So I parked and went inside. The staff were chatting in the back. One employee eventually came out after yelling “helloooooo” into the kitchen. I asked if the drive-thru wasn’t working and he said, very casually, “No, we’re not taking card. Only cash.” I told him I had already paid through the app and he just said, “You can get your money back.” That was it. No apology, no explanation, no communication. I left and had to figure out how to cancel the order myself from my car.
This whole situation could have been avoided with simple communication. If you’re only taking cash, just say so at the drive-thru instead of ignoring people who are waiting to order. I would’ve gladly canceled the app order and paid cash if someone had told me.
This McDonald’s always has issues, but it’s getting worse every day. I won’t be returning. At the very least, put up a sign or respond at the speaker. This is a customer service job at one of the biggest fast-food chains in the world—ignoring customers is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I hope this review encourages better communication and service moving forward.
