This McDonald is a totally disaster , the food is bad , the time that they take to prepare the food is so long like 20 minutos or more , atmosphere and service 0. I don’t recommend
I live very close to this madonals and unfortunately it is the most convenient to go to but honestly every time I go it is an unpleasant experience in every way... there is no week or day that I buy and the fat is not old and consequently the fries They have a taste of stale and old fat, just like the breakfast hasbrowns, it's horrible... they always lack something to give... and the staff is very unprofessional.! How much money does the owner of this business lose due to such poor management?

Be carefull with this Mc Donald’s if you start to buy and leave the lines they take (steal) your points even if you do not purchase anything.They have people in the line that do not comprehend or speak English,and communicate badly in Spanish as well….arent we in America still?????and being bilingual in Hialeah does not help anymore ,you need to learn dialects too!!! Wait ! Is Mc Donald’s an American Company or was it???

For the past three Thursdays I have gone to place an order and the first Thursday the latte machine was broken and the next 2 there is no system, the worst thing is that today the person who served me was dressed in a blue blouse, I imagine it is one of the Managers. Lack of respect, they don't even answer the phone, says Anabel and Rodys and Miguel, wanting to have a latte.
