This location is the WORST. Food was ICE cold. Fries were soggy and stale and you could tell they just scraped off the onions off an old cheeseburger and gave it to me since I asked for it plan, instead of making a fresh one. NEVER AGAIN coming to this McDonaldâs. It wasnt even late in the day for them be giving me old food. Disgusting! I should have checked before leaving site but I was in a rush. They should not serve food like this either way!!!!

I donât understand what is wrong with this location. The Frappes served here taste HORRIBLE, either the product is expired which is what it tastes like or they have issues with grit machines,fix your machines! Not one Frappe has ever tasted good at this location

Its a hit and miss on the fries being salted or fresh.
It has been 4-5 straight months of coming every now and then asking for something ice cream related and I am met with the same answer from every employee at this location. âThereâs no ice creamâ or âThe machine is brokenâ. Iâve been going to this McDonaldâs as a kid, and theyâve always had ice cream no matter what. The staff over there right now around afternoon to night time have never given anybody a mcflurry, sundae, cone, nothing⊠Itâs been nearly 6 months and nothing has been done/fixed. I get it every now and then I guess theyâd have to clean it up, but itâs every single time that Iâve asked itâs the same response. I hope a manager or someone in a higher position can help out and have a meeting with some of the employees in that area.

I recently placed a $45 order at the McDonald's on NW 186th St in Hialeah. Upon arrival home, I found 3 underfilled large fries and my entire order of chicken nuggets missing. When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, I was met with unacceptable customer service. They refused to refund for the underfilled fries, stating I needed to return them, and only offered to replace the missing nuggets. Given the inconvenience of returning and the overall unsatisfactory experience, I requested a partial refund. My concerns were not taken seriously.
While I understand this is simply a McDonald's, we need to start demanding higher standards of customer service in South Florida. This experience exemplified a complete lack of customer focus. Instead of prioritizing resolving the issue and acknowledging the inconvenience I experienced, the focus was on minimizing their responsibility. I expected a more understanding and empathetic approach. This experience was deeply disappointing and frankly, unacceptable.

You can ask for extra sauce, different sauce, any type of sauce - IT DOES NOT MATTER.

And then they have an attitude when you ask them to give you a little sauce like theyâre doing you a favor.

This is my go-to McDonaldâs whenever Iâm craving their french fries. No matter the time, even at 2am! This location is always open and ready to serve. I usually use the drive-thru, but I also appreciate the convenience of the touchscreen kiosks inside. The staff here are typically young, friendly, and efficient. The food quality is consistently good, and as long as my fries are hot, Iâm satisfied!
Parking is easy with a private lot and additional spaces within the shopping plaza.
