I would like to address an issue with my recent order from 8505 NW 186 St. While most items were correct, I did not receive the four BBQ sauces for my nuggets or the honey, and my Filet-O-Fish was missing the extra cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes that I had paid for. Generally, I refrain from requesting extra items or modifications because I anticipate errors. I am not seeking a refund; rather, I kindly ask that someone ensure orders are double-checked for accuracy.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. A staff member was rude and aggressive during my visit, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable. While I’m sure there are great team members here, that encounter alone was enough to dissuade me from returning. I strongly recommend another location.

This is the most expensive McDonald's in existence. Everything here costs more than $5 extra. I live in Miami Beach, and the McDonald's there is much cheaper than this one.

Dirty Bathroom. No Paper Towels in the bathroom. No napkins out, no ketchup or salt to pick up before you get your order. I wanted to blow my nose and no one is at the front counter.
But at 9:05 am we have three McDonald’s Employees sitting at different tables eating breakfast alone. Great, and now there are less table to choose from when it is busy.
This McDonald’s is going down hill fast.

Pricing at this Location is higher then the nearest one up the road. And order of Hot cakes at this location cost $6.69 while at the other location they cost only $4.39.

If you go to this McDonald at 8:58 closer to 9pm no matter the day the Sundae machine ice cream machine is always broken what a bad customer service I live very close by and I try my best to make it before because 100% guaranteed they are going to tell you machine is broken. Its just the fact they close it and don’t want to serve ice cream any more. Management team or someone higher should look at this. Horrible.

This location is the WORST. Food was ICE cold. Fries were soggy and stale and you could tell they just scraped off the onions off an old cheeseburger and gave it to me since I asked for it plan, instead of making a fresh one. NEVER AGAIN coming to this McDonald’s. It wasnt even late in the day for them be giving me old food. Disgusting! I should have checked before leaving site but I was in a rush. They should not serve food like this either way!!!!
