I finally got my fries and sandwich after a protracted wait. It had to be the big one last, but the crate was only partially filled when I got it. Leave them without salt. Gentlemen, I paid for it!

I've ordered cheeseburgers or double cheeseburgers the previous three times, always with additional pickles. They didn't give me any pickles the first time. They misunderstood the word "no onions" on the screen the second time, so I corrected them before I went to the window. A few days ago was the last time I had TWO pickles.I'm not sure why there are problems with my orders here all the time. This is absolutely something that this establishment should look into, especially since there are other comments here with the same issue.Edit: eight months later, it's still happening. You actually have to make an effort to be this awful about it ?Two cheeseburgers with one pickle each that were marked as "xtra pickles" There are other dining options ??♀️
I came into McDonald's. I got my usual order through the mobile app, I decided to go to curbside pick up since it was faster. I waited in my car for 30 minutes until I decided to go inside and tell them about it. Once I told them about it, they took 10 minutes to prepare the order, and it was only one item. I thought the order couldn't get any worse but it did since they forgot the sauce. That is the only thing that makes McDonald's good. It looks like they are short staffed but 50 minutes to get McDonald's is unacceptable. Thank you.

I’ve been a regular at this McDonald’s location for quite some time, and I must say that the service here is consistently great. They are prompt, friendly, and always eager to assist you. It’s refreshing to be greeted with a smile, especially during those hectic lunch hours.One thing that truly stands out for me is the accuracy of my orders. I can’t recall a single instance where they got my meal wrong. It’s a relief to know that when I order a specific burger or customize my meal, it will be prepared just the way I like it. Kudos to the kitchen staff for their attention to detail.However, my only gripe lately has been the construction happening around the restaurant. It’s been ongoing for some time now, and it can be quite a hassle. The noise and the limited parking space can be a bit annoying, especially during busy times. I hope they wrap up the construction soon, so we can enjoy our meals in a more peaceful environment.Overall, this McDonald’s consistently delivers on service and order accuracy. I’d rate it higher if not for the construction inconvenience. Here’s to hoping for a smoother dining experience in the near future!

This morning I was handed a very hot coffee in the drive-thru with the lid not closed correctly & it immediately opened & spilled all over me. The cup you could see was damaged & the employee did not apologize, but instead handed me napkins & started to tell me how I needed to grab the coffee because those cups are very flimsy. I was not even offered a new cup, just napkins to pat myself off with. I had to immediately drive home to remove my cloths & put cold water on the burns on my legs & hand. I have been visiting this McDonalds for a few years & have noticed in the last few months a change of staff & the service has declined. This was the last straw, I will not be returning to this McDonalds, which it is a shame because it is convenient to my home & the service used to be so great.
